We had very great time in Eric and Monica’s beautiful house. The house was unique and full of great items. The bed was so cosy and warm all was comfortable. Monica welcomed us with very delicious kuchen and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. We wanted to stay for more days.

The apartment is very well located in a quiet area very close to the activities we were planning to visit and within walking distance to both the train station and the city center. There are also several restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store within the area. Communication with the landlord went very smoothly and also check-in and check-out worked very well. The apartment was incredibly nice and tidy and feels bigger than in the pictures. Bed linens and towels were included in the rent which was perceived as very positive. This is an apartment and rental host I can highly recommend, and which I am happy to come back to more times!

Clean and very nice and pleasant apartment. Lovely with the terrace. Siw responded quickly and was friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings with walking paths, illuminated tracks and a nice park nearby. Fun for kids with an adventure park. Close to Coop. A little far into the city center if you don't have a car, but close to the bus stop and good bus connections.

a lovely cozy apartment but with lots of space. Great heating, never felt cold even when it was -14 outside. Quiet location away from road but only a 10 minute walk into town along the beautiful river. I would use it again and the monitor set up in the bedroom with cable already attached was a plus!

Great place to stay for a short and long term.

The accommodation has everything you need. The heated garage is absolutely gold in winter. The neighbors are very close, which was very unusual for us for Sweden holidays (the hedge will also grow) But we still liked it very much and we can highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house near Luleå! First of all, the communiamcarion with Lubomir was super easy: he responded quickly, comprehensive and kindly before and during our stay! When we arrived the place was cozyand clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the location is perfect — close to a bus stop with a bus that departs almost every 10 minutes until 6 pm, yet in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There is also a river next by from which we could see Aurora perfectly! Lubomir was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Luleå, Gammelstad and its surroundings. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
