Peter is very welcoming , very accurate for access to his property . Bedding is good . A little far from shops for essential groceries. Perfect vacation rental.

We really enjoyed this family home that allowed us to spend Christmas with the family . It's a paradise for the little ones who have found something to take care of. The garden must be very nice on sunny days. The neighborhood is very discreet and the amenities very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting

Very nice well-equipped house in a quiet and residential area. The accommodation is perfectly located 5 min from the beach and close to all shops. The welcome was at the top 👍 We would recommend it without hesitation.

5 star review for 5 star super-host and perfect place. Christophe is a great host. Giving us great tips (we went Biking at Isle d’Yeu, catamaran sailing at noirmoutier,…) and always on the look-out to help / have a friendly chat. The place has a very charming swimming pool surrounded by flowers and herbs which can be used to cook on the BBQ. In short everything is there to have a wonderfull stay. We didn’t spend much time indoors but it’s very well renovated and Christophe keeps it in excellent conditions

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

We stayed for a week at Nicolas's lodge perfect for 4 hours. What about the impeccable cleanliness of the lodge, the two bathrooms offered, the services of the estate (the heated pool in winter and the sauna!!!) and Nicolas's unfailing sympathy. A great stay, we were able to enjoy while paying attention to the noise so as not to disturb us, the hosts never told us anything. The houses are great, the pool is large and the gym is at its best!!!

Very well equipped house, I had my two children (4 years old and my 10-month-old baby) all the equipment for children was available even games for children my son was delighted. The description is as advertised by Sophie. Cleanliness was de rigueur, nothing to say. Really nice house you can go for a second thought. Easy communication, Sophie is accommodating.

The proposed rental is ideal for two people. The location close to the city center allows access to shops, market, restaurants. We also liked the private parking space.

Everything is well thought out to make you feel good. When we arrived, an adorable welcome basket was waiting for us, an attention that makes all the difference. Hosts are extremely welcoming, smiling, and responsive, with a real concern for the well-being of their guests. Even their daughter offered us a delicious free price breakfast for the next morning, a nice surprise! We highly recommend this place and will gladly go back!

Very pleasant stay and perfect welcome

We had a pleasant stay in Dominique's little house. The house is nicely decorated and perfectly equipped, which made our stay most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, offering a peaceful view of a small pond with discreet lily pads and small frogs, which had the delicate attention to protect us from mosquitoes. The location is ideal, just an hour from the Poitevin marshes and the Mourat Vineyard, where we were able to enjoy great bike rides followed by wine tastings. Dominique was a lovely and very welcoming host, we immediately felt comfortable in his home. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay full of discoveries!

Thanks to Philippe for his very clean accommodation, responsiveness and flexibility. Too bad there is no wood for the stove, no layout to work as mentioned and there is an extra charge to drop trash cans in the city.

The house is completely tastefully remodeled and really very nice! The living spaces are great and the house is really well equipped: you will find what you need to occupy both large and small! We'll be happy to go back!
