Holiday rentals with a patio in Sinnai

Tommaso is a very welcoming host and enabled us early check-in, which was really handy. His apartment is central, spacious, beautiful bathroom .. we esp enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. We felt very at home. It is a good base for the city and surroundings of Cagliari (we even took bus to Pula and Chia beach). We defo can recommend Tommaso’s apartment. Brigitte & Fergal

Amazing place in a great location and amazing communication, we loved it

We stayed with Federica for 2 weeks. The apartment is new renovated, very clean and cozy. It is a great location, very central but still quiet. We felt very comfortable, would be happy to come back. Claudia, Federica's girlfriend was very quick to respond to our questions, she and Federica are very helpful . Check-in was impeccable, straightforward. Thank you very much for everything 🌸

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

We were warmly welcomed by Morena, the daughter of the hosts. She had prepared for us a little attention in the form of something sweet, olive oil and liquor and even filled the fridge. She also gave us numerous great recommendations for beaches, excursions and restaurants – all were really excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the surroundings very quiet. Due to the central location of the property we were able to easily make various excursions, and the nearby beaches are among the most beautiful I have ever visited. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea. We didn't miss anything, and we felt like we were at home. The apartment was spacious, and I would book it again anytime! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Staying at the apartment was really special! It looks even nicer than in the photos and is super well maintained. You can walk to pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the smell within the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room scent. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but you can always find something with patience. :)

Great location set in a beautiful, well maintained garden with Pool (which is still closed at the moment before the season). 10min drive to Iglesias city centre and supermarkets, 25min to Nebida. Be sure to visit the impressive Grotte di S. Giovanni, 10min from the accommodation! We loved the archways around the house, which have some nice shade in the warm days.

The check-in and video instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The private parking space located behind the fence in the complex is a big plus, for our seat Leon the parking space was good. You can also walk to the center and supermarkets, and the beaches in the area are quickly accessible by car. The apartment was clean and we liked the very well equipped kitchen and the great views from the balcony! The washing machine including clothes rack and air conditioners make the beach vacation very comfortable! We had a very nice stay at Lidia's apartment and also recommend it in the family!

The family vacation at this vacation rental was great. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is very well located, very pleasant to live in, well equipped and very close to the beach. It was very nice.

Kind and friendly host and wonderful place with peaceful atmosphere. What more can I say, highly recommended for anyone wishing for a getaway in Sardinia.

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

We had a super nice vacation in Villasimius. Lorenzo is a very good host. We were very happy about the welcome gift. The apartment is located in a very quiet area. We would love to be in this apartment again.

Great stay value for money, with everything you might need! spacious bedrooms. Diego answered our queries promptly. I recommend his place for your stay in the south of the island, in a quiet little town.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We loved Kate's secret garden so much! So close to the beach, shops, and Cagliari. Very peacefull atmosphere, and a holiday feeling. We could feel the love and care that is put in the Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay with 2 teenagers. And the weather and seawater was still nice in oktober. Thank you so much!

Maria was a great host. Although we never met (we arrived late on Sunday night!) the process for getting into the apartment was easy. Maria was very kind in leaving beer and wine in the fridge, and snacks to keep us going! I really enjoyed the stay - just wish we had been there for a bit longer!

Went for a quick weekend trip with some friends! Had the absolutely best time thanks to Marwan! Absolutely stunning place and great area! So much to when you’re just chilling around the apartment!! So clean and organized! Also Marwan was an amazing host who was so flexible and great setting us in!! Would come back every year!!!

Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.
