Holiday rentals with a patio in Sinnai

The apartment has a great view , and all in a very soothing and quiet setting, not far from several buses . About 20 minutes (on foot) from the center depending on where you want to go . the accommodation was very comfortable and above all incredibly clean!!! Andrea was very responsive and my welcome was made by Juliet who was very smiling and who shared with me lots of nice places! They were both very available and very kind! I recommend it!

Clean and tidy new environment

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

We were warmly welcomed by Morena, the daughter of the hosts. She had prepared for us a little attention in the form of something sweet, olive oil and liquor and even filled the fridge. She also gave us numerous great recommendations for beaches, excursions and restaurants – all were really excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the surroundings very quiet. Due to the central location of the property we were able to easily make various excursions, and the nearby beaches are among the most beautiful I have ever visited. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea. We didn't miss anything, and we felt like we were at home. The apartment was spacious, and I would book it again anytime! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Staying at the apartment was really special! It looks even nicer than in the photos and is super well maintained. You can walk to pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the smell within the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room scent. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but you can always find something with patience. :)

We found what suited us... Andrea and Amalia's house is a little paradise perched on a hill ... quiet ... the pool is very nice and very clean. We were received by the owners very warmly ... in short we had a great quiet week... there are plenty to discover in this area... we are in love

The check-in and video instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The private parking space located behind the fence in the complex is a big plus, for our seat Leon the parking space was good. You can also walk to the center and supermarkets, and the beaches in the area are quickly accessible by car. The apartment was clean and we liked the very well equipped kitchen and the great views from the balcony! The washing machine including clothes rack and air conditioners make the beach vacation very comfortable! We had a very nice stay at Lidia's apartment and also recommend it in the family!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We had a super nice vacation in Villasimius. Lorenzo is a very good host. We were very happy about the welcome gift. The apartment is located in a very quiet area. We would love to be in this apartment again.

We spent 10 days in this wonderful house. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The house is super equipped and everything corresponded to the description. The location is excellent. You live on a huge property without disturbing neighbors, at the same time there are numerous beaches, restaurants and shopping nearby. Roberto is a great host with a lot of heart, we've never had a better one! Especially after our first week in Costa Paradiso, with landlords who were not at all paradise, that was particularly good. He has provided us with good tips and recommendations again and again. He was quick to respond to every question and was there to help us. Many thanks! We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We loved Kate's secret garden so much! So close to the beach, shops, and Cagliari. Very peacefull atmosphere, and a holiday feeling. We could feel the love and care that is put in the Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay with 2 teenagers. And the weather and seawater was still nice in oktober. Thank you so much!

Maria was a great host. Although we never met (we arrived late on Sunday night!) the process for getting into the apartment was easy. Maria was very kind in leaving beer and wine in the fridge, and snacks to keep us going! I really enjoyed the stay - just wish we had been there for a bit longer!

We stayed at Marwan's place for last two nights on Sardinia and I must say the terrace and it's view is unbelievable! 🤩. Marwan is great owner, very friendly and replying straight ahead. Also he let us stay for late checkout and that was good too. I can highly recommend to stay at his place.

Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

We stayed here for three nights. The apartement is spotless and the location is brilliant. Suited for two pax. Ylania responded quickly and was very nice to communicate with. Recommended for shorter stays. If you plan to stay for longer, I would suggest a bigger apartment.

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.
