Great location,clean and neat accommodation, close to shopping malls for food and essentials. The apartment was very tidy and comfortable, perfect for a small family with everything you need supplied. Kids loved the pool and close walk to train station and the novena square2 mall. The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

We’re an elderly couple that stayed a week before boarding a cruise 🚢. It was a perfect room. Walking to grocery, bus, Clark’s Quay and food stalls. The pool was nice to sit around in the afternoon and read. Free coffee machine was excellent

Unit was very well located. Very close to Fort Canning metro stop. Easy commute to Changi. Note this station does not open until 5:55 in case you have an early morning flight. Approximately 10 minute walk. There’s several bus lines, that run from the metro stop that will drop you off within two minutes of the location. Please note this particular unit is on the fourth floor. Had to take the elevator to the 3rd, then walk up 15 stairs. With the exception of a window at ceiling level, there is no light in this room. Sare , the attendant was a friendly, responsive. Supplied video on how to work stove. 24 hour supermarket and restaurants located less than five minutes from the location. Would’ve loved to have had a hand towel and a kitchen towel. A little shelf under the mirror in the bathroom would be helpful to store toiletries. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

This property is extremely tourist friendly. it is right in the middle of an extremely large amount of stores from economic to high end. it is also very close to the train system, which is very easy to learn, extremely clean, and very safe. This will let you visit virtually the entire country seeing amazing sites, have fabulous dinners, and accomplish everything that you could possibly want and go to Singapore for. The highlight of this property, however, was found in a very unusual and most unexpected spot. Raymond is a security guard who works at Park Suites. He is extremely intelligent not only about Singapore but Malaysia and other surrounding countries. Make sure to find him when you get there. We traveled with him to Malaysia, which is only 30 minutes away, and learned so much more about Singapore because of him. Raymond is the true Jewel of Singapore, and because of him, we will stay at Park Suites again and would be happy to pay twice as much for the stay. Do search him out.

It can’t get more perfect than this. Location is central to everything we needed ( under 10 minutes walk to Paragon, Takashimaya) place is everything as he said it would be. Very thankful David let us to check-in much earlier than the time he specified, this allowed my elderly parents to be able to rest faster after our flight. Would definitely book again!

It’s a reallyyy nice place to stay!

It was a great stay. Spacious enough and had all that I needed. I didn't realise there was no window at the time I booked as I was rushing but it was manageable. The staff were very quick to sort out anything you needed and check in and check out were easy. I am hugely grateful to the team as I left my laptop on the bed upstairs in the mad rush to leave in the morning and the team were so wonderful in keeping it safe for me and returning it to me when I noticed I had left it behind. Thank you all very much.

Clean and price is worth it. Accommodating and helpful staff.
