Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Sinchang-myeon

I'm very happy to have found & stayed in Moonhyung's apartment for a month! It was super convenient - 2 mins walk to the subway, 1 min walk to a nice affordable gym, 1 min walk to convenient stores, shops & restaurants, less than 10 mins walk to a huge supermarket (emart with tax relief), daiso etc. It is also very convenient to get to many tourist destinations by subway. The apartment is so nice, comfortable, homely, secure, well ventilated with a fully functional kitchen & windows with natural sunlight in the day and great views of the streets. Moonhyung was a wonderful host throughout my stay. He took the time to guide me to his place when I got lost, accommodated my early flight arrival, helped me settle in at the start, and was very responsive and proactive in checking in! He also provided many home necessities, making it so easy to settle in comfortably. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone & will want to stay again sometime in the future when I come to seoul!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this place! The space was so cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed—it truly felt like a home away from home. The host went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional, with great communication and thoughtful touches throughout the stay. A few mins walk from the Gangnam station. It’s a newly built building with access to conveinence stores right around the building. Recommended if you are in town and need a quiet place.

Such a nice host and very responsive. 7-10 minute walk to the property via the underpass at Seoul station. Cost performance is great.

It's close to E-Mart, and transportation is convenient. I loved the open view. The host responded right away to my inquiry, so I had a good stay without any inconvenience.

It's a good location and many restaurants nearby. We chanced upon a pufferfish restuarant (2mins walk) and it is so good! Places are near by enough that a uber ride to most places isn't expensive. we didn't take the subway because we were lazy to walk to the train station. Pick up and drop off is easy when taking a uber/taxi. The space is just nice for 2 people. Our toilet got clogged on the second last day and it was a little stressful. Angela helped call a plumber the next morning and we paid 70,000krw. It ends up that previous guests threw quite a bit of wet wipes into the toilet bowl. we don't use wet wipes. We only use normal toilet paper and bidet. Regardless, we paid for the plumber. Angela was nice enough to offer to pay for half of the cost but we politely decline because she couldn't have known to prevent this. Overall stay is good and Angela is relatively responsive but need to give her some time to type. The Google translate/papago isn't 100% accurate. so have to be patient

It is very good within walking distance of Seoul Station, and it is close to Itaewon Mt., and the convenience of bus and taxi transportation bank mart in front are close, so you can use it conveniently. Communication with the host is good, so there are no difficulties. The interior was neat and tidy, and the view was good. I was worried about the train noise, but I wasn't too sensitive to it either. Foam cleansing, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, curling iron, and hair dryer are all available. I recommend it when traveling to Seoul.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place with an amazing view. The hosts were so nice and helped us get acquainted with the place and the area.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Immaculately clean, superbly stocked with supplies and linens, and a well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. While cozy the space was well laid out, comfortable and perfect for us. It was much more than we expected for the price. The only downside is the beds were a little too firm for us but the extra sleeping pads took care of that. Mike was helpful and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely book with him again in the future.

The parking registration was smooth and nice.

I was able to relax my body as if it was my own home after traveling for work, and the host was so kind and thankful. I would recommend it to many people.

It's well located. It can be noisy because of the main road next to it. The room is very spacious.

The space was really nice and included many things that made living there really easy and convenient, such as kitchenware, dishes, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. The building is walking distance to the Pedestrian Gate at Camp Humphreys, so that was also a plus. The host was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

The accommodation was very tidy and nice. Heating was also good It's my first time using Airbnb, and I'm satisfied.

This place is a really nice walking distance to so many cafes in the Yeonnam area and so easy to go to Hongdae too! The hosts were so responsive and helpful with our problems and even gave us a pastry too! Would definitely stay again

It was a place to meet my acquaintances for a long time, but the accommodation was clean, and there was no discomfort in bed.

The park walking/biking paths (just steps away from the building) should not be missed. Impressive rooftop views as well. 10 min walk from subway station.

We had a fantastic stay with Do Eun during the Christmas and New Year’s week. Do Eun is an exceptional host—proactive, helpful, warm, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home. The space was comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating the three of us and the heated floors were a treat. Plus, the views from the terrace were breathtaking! The location was convenient. We had no trouble getting Uber rides and loved exploring the nearby coffee shops and cafés. We extended our stay by an extra day, and Do Eun went above and beyond to make the process seamless for us. If we visit Seoul again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Highly recommend!
