Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Simrishamn Municipality

Lovely big house with lots of room for all 10 of us and a dog. One room in house 1 is now with a double bed instead of a bunk bed. The trampoline is huge and was a hit for all children. The ping pong table is a bit defective, some of the plastic fittings were broken. Amazing nature and perfect distance for good walks to the beautiful beach and in the area with large pine trees. Remember to take a trip to Ales Stenar and see the big old stones.

Nina was a perfect host who was easy to communicate with, the house was perfect for a little holiday in kåseberga!

A place to be. We loved it and our dog too. Great location near the ocean. Perfect for your holidays. We felt home and can truly recommend this house.

We enjoyed Malin's house very much. It is located in a beautiful area with many excursion options. The sea is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable there and can recommend the accommodation at any time.

We had an amazingly nice stay at Lisa's place! It's an idyllic home, in a beautiful and secluded, yet central place. It is suitable for a couple as well as a family with children and also a dog. Overall, we are super happy with our stay and would love to come back in the future :) With that said, I still want to highlight what didn't happen was positive. Since the setup is that the guest cleans themselves at checkout, the cleanliness varies. For us, for example, it meant that most dishes needed to be washed before we could use it the first time. The bathroom is as it says in the listing not renovated, but the standard was worse than we could have imagined (small, dark, mold, etc.). It will be a hefty lift when this is being renovated. Otherwise, it is also worth keeping in mind that the upstairs bedrooms are not separated by a wall, but the space is completely open. One last thing that I think is worth lifting is the stairs up to the upper floor. It is not suitable for children, old people, or dogs.

Lovely view! A really nice house. We enjoyed a week in comfort. The area is great for hiking. The city has a really nice spa and really good restaurant at the guesthouse. There is a large ICA, a good butcher and a bakery/cafe.

Everything was perfect about Maria's house. We enjoyed particularly the location, but also the equipment, fireplace, quality of the beds and the space in general. If I come back I will book here again.

The house was very nice, especially the decor and rooms were very nice and warmly decorated. The hostess was very friendly and warm and communicated quickly and effectively with me. The sauna and fireplace were a great luxury for us.

We three old girlfriends stayed a windy and rainy night in one of Ulf's apartments. We had such a great time in the clean and nice apartment. The beds in the bedroom and sofa bed were very comfortable, so we got a good night's sleep. We thank Ulf very much for his welcoming way and will be happy to return.

Jacques and Dini welcomed us with open arms and heart. Lots of personal interest and time put into our encounter. The house and the location are really fantastic. silence, greenery, views, art, creativity, inspiration, connection and real conversations. The very extensive breakfast along with its own fresh strawberries was the cherry on the cake! We would like to come back❤️ A Dutch coming home to a whole new country to discover🙏

Had a nice stay at Gyllup's farm, great location. We were 2 families with 2 children and had plenty of space, really recommend.

Very clean and nice accommodation, had everything you needed. Super comfy beds and shower. Nice and thoughtful host who responds quickly to any questions.

Camilla and Jonas have been great hosts, were always available immediately and very friendly. Your place is very special - so perfectly and full of love for detail. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Also the garden in the back and front is really beautiful and very comfortable. We explored the area with the bikes - there are so many beautiful and quite secluded beaches, whether Hävang, Vitamölla or even in Kivik. There's also so much to discover in the woods. It was just a wonderful holiday, we were very happy here and would be happy to come back.

John's place is wonderful. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ever want, the sauna is wonderful (just be careful to not pour the water for the stones near the switches!), the wood burning fire was cozy....I could go on and on. John was so helpful and friendly. Thank you John!

We had a really good weekend and this beautiful place. The house has everything you need and more. Super cozy to have a fireplace in the evening and the spa area with jacuzzi and sauna was so nice. It is really a super nice house at a beautiful spot in Sweden. We didn’t want to go home because it felt like home. We will definitely be back.

Lars was incredibly helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the stay in this beautiful pearl in the heart of Österlen. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and the surrounding areas were the exact you come to Österlen for. Nothing but very satisfied with our visit! Recommended!

Our three night stay at the house in Brantevik was absolutely amazing! Great location was perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. The contemporary decor created a charming atmosphere . The host was also incredibly thoughtful and really cared that we had a great stay. From the picturesque surroundings to the modern amenities, every moment was a pure delight. We couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. Highly recommended!

The house appears brand new with great views of the open Golf area. Especially the living room and kitchen were great due to the large windows and the height of the ceiling. Definitely recommend for a relaxing trip.

We had a really nice week in Johan's great house. It is beautifully situated, spacious, very cosy and fully equipped, which we were able to enjoy extensively, as the weather unfortunately only had storms and constant rain in store for us on two days. On the other days, however, we were able to explore beautiful Skane. We would love to come back again!
