Holiday rentals with a pool in Simpang Ampat

Easy check in, clear instructions. Helpful host. Give alot of good recommendation ! I enjoyed the night market nearby provided on guide. Alot people doing airbnb in the same property, other than peak hours (11am - 12pm) the lift is full, so far everything is good!

Great stay with both of my families and with 3 kids. Very clear communication provided by the host. The penthouse are really huge with amazing beach front view, accessible to beach as well. Will definitely be back soon!

It was a great place to stay. The whole house was clean and the neighbourhood was quiet. The sea was walking distance and we all love to watch the beautiful sun set. The pool was big and clean. Everything is inside and we felt secured with the security measures taken by the host upon entering and exiting. The house has everything. It was easy for us to cook. Just walk to the jetty nearby and fresh fish and prawns are available. I love the kiblat directions and prayer mats readily available in every room. Cafes and food were also nearby. We really love this place. Hope we can come here again next time.

I really like the place, it has great views. It’s spacious for the three of us staying there. It comes with soap & shampoo at each bathroom so we don’t have to travel worrying about bringing such … the bedrooms & bathrooms are clean too! The downside is that there is no convenience store within the area, we have to walk quite a distance, there is only 1 entrance & exit (which adds to the distance). Perhaps this is due to the numerous construction surrounding it. Anw using uber is cheap and going to LWE Hosp is really near with car. However, overall, our stay there is great & Lau is extremely friendly & response quickly, giving us useful informations. Thank you

Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

The unit is at corner which faces seaside, fantastic view. The unit is also has a beautiful city view at night. The unit is spacious. Definitely will book again for future trip
