Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Silves

We had a fantastic time, Meredith is a great host, that you for letting us stay in your fantastic house.

We loved the accommodation - the place was spotless, very big, exactly like the pictures, fantastic pools and great views. We loved that the villa felt like it had different areas to it so we weren't stuck in one place. All the main sites and towns in the Algarve are a short drive away as we had rented a car. Our family and friends also really enjoyed themselves and we would love to come back one day.

Family of 4 adults, 3 kids (7, 3, 1) stayed 6 nights in Aug 2024. Late check-in accommodated with clear instructions. Hosts did pre-arrival shopping - much appreciated. Great location: 5-min walk to town center (restaurants, grocery), overlooking Med with cool breezes. Next to popular beach parking lot (daytime campers). A/C worked well; ground floor cooler than upstairs. WiFi limited to 5 devices, didn't reach 2nd-floor bedrooms. Pros: Convenient location - Accommodating hosts - Beautiful views - Effective A/C Cons: - Limited WiFi coverage - Beach parking lot crowding and beachgoers parking in front of the property - Access to the beach is difficult for those with mobility issues (stairs and steep hill) Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. Ideal for families wanting a mix of beach and town accessibility. Recommend for groups comfortable with basic amenities and prioritizing location over luxury.

The house is very nice with a great pool and plenty of space! The location is very nice with great views of the mountains and the sunset. You can make great day trips by car to e.g. Lagos / beaches. You have a lot of privacy on the premises and can really relax. We only had problems with the fuse every now and then! Maria is very reliable and responds quickly if there are any problems. Highly recommend this place!

It was a fabulous villa in a great location. The villa was even bigger than the photos suggested and it was spotless. Joao was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and even tried to advise us when we had a punctured tyre in our hired car. Highly recommended and if we return to Sagres we would love to stay there again.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need. We stayed in Sagres for a few days and were even able to work on site thanks to the good internet. In the neighborhood are a lot of beautiful beaches and small cafes. The supermarket is also not far away, so we were also able to do spontaneous shopping on foot. All in all, a very nice place to take a vacation (also for a longer period of time). The pomegranate tree in the garden has sweetened our breakfast every morning. Hopefully the apples will be ripe again on our next visit. 🥰

Great villa/cottage in a good location for local restaurants and beaches. Worked well for us - we (grandparents) had the upstairs en-suite where our daughter/ son-in-law had the two downstairs bedrooms. Nice garden space with decent sized pool - safe for toddler to walk around. Very modern amenities in the villa.

We had the most wonderful, relaxing time at Jane’s Boho Dream House. It’s set in the middle of an incredible natural with almost no neighbours around right next to Odeceixe river and Rota Vincentina. The walk to Odeceixe’s beautiful beach takes only about 15min. But you have to be aware that you will have to — being on the other side — walk through the river which might not be possible at all times of the day. We especially enjoyed the peacefulness of Jane’s place, the garden with hammocks and the sunny veranda in the front of the house. The interior is decorated with lots of love and gives you a cozy at home feeling. Jane was a very friendly host, the communication was easy and helpful at all times.

Small but essential and extremely clean apartment. It is located in a private vacation setting with night security. For us, a car was absolutely necessary to get around as there is no big deal in the surroundings. The only negative thing was not to find the double bed already ready as it is a sofa bed, in my note via message I was told that guests generally use it as a sofa during the day and only open it at night but I strongly doubt that.

We stay in a lot of AirBnBs, and Victor's was one place where we truly felt at home. So comfortable, so tastefully decorated, it's a home the minute you step inside. Victor was flexible about letting us come early, he's very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment is so comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked. Many AirBnBs say it's a well-stocked kitchen, but this one really is. High-quality everything. Just an absolute joy to stay there.

It was a pleasure to stay at Bento's place. The view is stunning, wide open with the sea far away on one side and the pool nearby on the other side. The balcony is a perfect place for a drink in the afternoon to enjoy the sunset. The apartment is quite comfortable, it is extremely well decorated and well equipped. Looking forward to my next stay in this beautiful apartment.

Great location, walk to everything. If pickleball is your thing the Tennis center and pickleball center is a fifteen minute walk,.An easy stroll to the main restaurant area.

Great location, nice apartment albeit a little dark, quiet & fantastic pool area, we just love this part of the Algarve

The apartment is very stylish and comfortable. We immediately felt at home. Everything was very clean. The two pools are big plus. We just loved it and will probably be back.

Great place right on the coastal trail with one of the amazing beaches right in front. We stayed in February so didn’t use the pool, but the location was great!

We stayed for eight weeks over winter. The photos had accurately depicted the bungalow but hadn't expressed it's homely feel once inside. This was a home not a ' holiday let'. The owner had even put up a Christmas tree because we arrived on Dec 22nd. It was comfortable and well insulated for winter evenings. For warmer nights though the garden will be beautiful. There is plenty of outside seating and lovely garden lightening. The kitchen was well equipped and it would be possible to cook any style of cooking. There was always hot water from roof panels and the shower was modern and efficient. Perhaps, as with any home appliances, one or two may need replacing later this year but everything required was there. This property is in the countryside. The neighbouring properties have guard dogs which unfortunately do bark at the wild animals. We live in the countryside but this noise took us a while to get used to. A car is essential but the property is surrounded by beautiful country walks.

Wolf’s lodge was perfect for our stay. We felt at home and enjoyed the beauty, the peacefulness and privacy of the place. It is also perfectly located if you want to visit Algarve. Wolf was always helpful when needed. We recommend 100% and plan to come back.

Still no words to describe this paradise, the only advice I can leave is to embark on this trip! It was not easy to reach and lose us in the middle, but when we realized where we arrived it made all sense.. we stayed in the canopy hut, which mime hut. Our favorite was the bathroom with a bathtub boat.. I loved the simplicity of everything. Slow living , repeating for sure. Thank you very much 🌿❤️

We felt at home, the place is beautiful, we found super original the way it was decorated inside very authentic & peaceful, our two dogs, and one cat could freely move around, which was amazing. we also had a barbecue at our terrace and Silvia was always available and helpful. I don't agree with the previous review that the place is dirty and the path is very difficult, to be able to be far from the noise in the nature of course you have to go through a dirty road but it's super doable, easy and fast. Also is not true that the place was dirty it was super clean and cozy. It's perfect if you want to be away from the noise in the nature, but also close to everything. Thank you very much we will come back!
