Holiday rentals with beach access in Silverleaves

We had a lovely stay! Felt right at home the moment we arrived. The huge pool table was a great addition- we enjoyed quality family time playing a couple of games. The large freestanding bath was also a huge plus! Easy stroll to cafes and restaurants. Super short hop skip and jump to a beautiful beach lined with cute beach boxes. And lots of thoughtful small touches that surprised us in a delightful way during our stay from thoughtful activity books and pencils to a range of board games and much more.

Beautifully landscaped unit at the back of the property. Completely private & self-contained with its own driveway and side access gate. Modern, clean and spacious. Dot was an amazing and thoughtful host, having provided breakfast options, snacks and a lovely welcome sign. The kind of property where 5 stars isn't enough! 5++

Graces place was absolutely gorgeous! Not only was it cosy and comfortable, but Grace personally provided outstanding hospitality and more than your standard air bnb host. Thank you so much for having us.

Christel's place is exactly as described. It's very clean and has all that you need for a short stay. I would recommend it anytime for a great weekend stay. very close to all amenities and a stone throw from the Rosebud Pier. It's bang for the buck. Would stay again.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this villa. The house was very clean and well presented, the location was also great, walking distance to the beach and main shopping strip. Cheryl was an excellent communicator and accomodated for our 1 year old infant, which was very thoughtful of her. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great three night stay in Rosebud. It was convenient and close to where we were competing at Boneo Park. Instructions were clear and the place was very tidy and well appointed. I would recommend.

Zdenek was a very responsive host :) provided easy instructions for the property. The home is in immaculate condition and everything you need is there to make it feel like your own home. Walking distance to the beautiful saftey beach and not in hustle of the Main Street. Thank you for a incredible stay for my family

Had a wonderful stay at Danielle's Place. The house was perfect for our 3 families. The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished, with lots of room for everyone. Its easy walking to everything, which was great . We would definitely stay here again.

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

If you have someone who is a wheelchair user or just needs help getting up stairs ect then this place is for you! My mum is fighting cancer so she uses an oxygen tank and a wheelchair for assistance, the stair chair was amazing to get her upstairs, it saved her so much energy and made the stay so worth it ❤️ The photos on the listing of the views do not do it justice, we spent most of our time upstairs and on the balcony looking out to the ocean, it was truly the stay of a lifetime. The kitchen and the house in general is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there and we found that so useful especially for a big family like ours. The beach access out the back gate is just awesome, we saw so much wildlife including penguins, shearwaters that nest around the area and so many wallabies! Thankyou Deb and Mary, what a wonderful space you have down in Ventnor. We won’t hesitate to book this again!!!

Such a lovely place and location. But, for us, it's the little things that stand out - quality bath and shower products, quality (and nice and clean) BBQ, all the cooking utensils you'll need to enjoy a long stay, sharp knives (amazing how often this is overlooked!), cooking pantry basics covered, excellent and responsive communication from Paul and Sophie (our hosts), really thoughtful guide on the local area. Thanks so much guys, we hope to be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

My partner and I had an amazing stay here. Steve and Doula were extremely kind and helpful! The place was beautiful and super clean, no complaints ☺️

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
