Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Silicon Valley

Julia’s place is really nice and just like the photos. It’s also a great deal. The backyard is especially nice if you have children or dogs. We brought two little dogs with us that loved running around. Check in was super easy and Julia was accessible and communicative. I recommended some minor improvements for the shower cleaning and around frequency of communication. Despite those, we had a really nice stay and would stay again and recommend to others. We’ve actually recommended to family that love near by.

The place was great with a group of friends, even had leftover rooms.

The house was just as described in the listing. It was the perfect place for my family and our dogs while we attended NBA events at Chase center. The backyard was perfect for our dogs to run around. We would stay again if we were in the area.

We stay in Alameda about once a year to visit my brother. Gabrielle's place was super convenient to where lives, and far more comfortable than comparable places we've stayed in the past. The view of the lagoon was a bonus! The bathroom and kitchen were both quite functional, and the bed was firm and comfortable. The living room with the gas fireplace was a nice place to hang out and read; I enjoyed flipping through the books on Alameda history and architecture. Although this unit permits dogs, it didn't smell doggy or have signs of prior dog guests. We were worried that the hospital next door would mean noise ... but it was super quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Alameda and wanting to be near Park St!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

This home was in a good location. Wasn’t far from the city and a great place to relax and get away.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

EJ and Nancy have such a lovely property. We easily felt we had our own space. You can tell that they've been doing this for years, and have a great way of making everything comfortable for guests. Our two kids had space to spread out, the playground is not directly next to the front door of the apartment, but you can see it through the yard's trees & hear them more or less within ear shot. Kitchen was amply supplied and set up, & there are plenty of storage spaces and creature comforts to make the stay feel like home. Beds were comfortable & clean, super comfortable pillows. The unit itself doesn't get a ton of natural light, but to be expected in redwoods. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, we had a nice time chatting with them. Wonderful hosts, they felt like family. Their little dog is so so sweet and friendly as well, my kids loved the dog. Great location, easy to get to surrounding areas and Santa Cruz proper. Would return!

This house was perfect for our group. It’s a big and unique space, very practical with plenty of living/lounge space, indoor and outdoor dining, great swimming pool, etc. It’s on the older side, but very functional - and has things like air conditioning that aren’t at all givens in the area. WiFi works great, including for work from home. It’s equipped with the basics (and some unexpected odds and ends!), but if you want particular kitchen or bathroom supplies you may want to bring your own. It’s also very easy to pick up anything you need nearby. Would recommend!

The house for our needs perfectly and Noel was helpful when we let him know of a couple small issues. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners together so we didn’t have to worry about eating out each meal.

This is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood! You can sleep with the windows open without issues. Alexander is a very nice host and is always available when needed and has great suggestions and otherwise will fully respect your privacy in a very proactive manner. You can use the pool upon request which we have done a number of times. The unit is a standalone dwelling and therefore fully private. You can park in the driveway and have your own entryway. I enjoyed it very much and only didn’t stay longer as he was already booked for another 4 months!

This was a GREAT Airbnb. The location was fab- very close to a local coffee shop (2min up the road) and close to Whole Foods. If you’re coming in for work at Adobe, Zoom, or Deloitte, this is a perfect location- less than 10 min to the office in a home where you can cook, chill, great backyard and fruit trees out front.

Serene is the perfect word to describe this property. It was refreshing and quiet. We would love to come back

This was fun! May stay again. If he has other home with more rooms, I may prefer more rooms.

Everything about my stay was easy, booking, check-in checkout. The home was very clean and quiet. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt very comfortable walking my dog. I would recommend Tina’s comfy cottage to anyone staying in the area.

This was our second time staying here. We love the location and ease of access for our senior dogs. Mel is always helpful and prompt with communication. We're looking forward to our next visit!

This was definitely the best airbnb I've found in the area! The space was private and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, and paper towels (a surprising annoyance of mine with stays other places!). Responsive host. Helpful instructions. Felt right at home in the space. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed, pillows (actually 4 of them, thank you!), and overall temperature of the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. One thing to note is that it is conveniently located across from bart station, so there is some noise associated with that, but you ARE in the city, so there's that. It didn't really bother me, just something to note if you're a light sleeper (but the bed was so comfy, it didn't phase me much!). I stayed for 12 days, and it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!!
