Charming and Well-Located Property: This property, over 75+ years old, exudes charm and character. Its location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk from public transportation, with a variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The rooms are clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for those who enjoy cooking. Exceptional Hosts: The hosts were incredibly welcoming, offering great local recommendations and providing a thorough tour of the house upon arrival. They were always quick to respond when we needed anything. They kept a wine bottle and soup as a gift for us. Even though we didn’t use it. They are super kind. Beautiful Surroundings: The property also features two adorable cats and is surrounded by vibrant orange and persimmon trees, adding to the lovely atmosphere. We truly enjoyed the vibe of the place.

The accommodation is as shown in the listing, 2 separate studios each with its bathroom, garden and pool ideal for hot days. 15 minutes from downtown Linares on foot. We were even greeted a little before check-in time, with a great kindness from Fernando, and we even had a little mishap that left the light and they came in 15 minutes. Clean, tidy and in a very well-kept private development. They also admit puppies, which made our vacation great and the whole family can be together. We'll be back for sure!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. Ignacio is a sweetheart! Julia (his daughter ) is very helpful! It was incredible to sit and look up at the Alhambra at all hours, in all kinds of light. DO NOT try to drive here. We made that big mistake and it was very stressful. Take their advice and park at one of the places they suggest and take a taxi. You will pay extra but it’s worth it! Hopefully you don’t have as much stuff as we did. We’re living in Spain for the winter and had to carry it up the different steep streets and steps to get to their house. Take a left at the river street and check out the barrio to the left, away from the masses of people. It’s a more local barrio with live music and not so touristy places. Granada is overrun with tourists these days, so we made it a priority to get away from them. Not easy at all but… we tried. (We were a part of those tourists ) They are everywhere! We were always thankful to escape the masses when we got back here.

Very beautiful and well maintained house. The owners of the house are very hospitable and caring. I definitely recommend hanging out here.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house is extremely clean, very well equipped, the kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need. The play room in the basement was a ton of fun for our kids. Every room has heating and we were very comfortable every night. I would definitely recommend.

Friendly host and attentive to our needs. The large and comfortable house, current decor and with Christmas touches. The whole family had a great night and we will definitely repeat again, we were at home.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Raquel, the apartment was well equipped, perfectly clean and cosy. Only the hot water was a little bit problematic as it was not always available.

A great place, in the photo does not show how neat, clean and beautiful the place is. With the new and well equiped furniture. Simply perfect and with the very kind host and with great recommendations.

Maria Luisa was very responsive if we had questions or needed clarification. The home was very clean and comfortable with everything in good working order. Maria Luisa had lots of very good recommendations for local amenities which was very handy. The home was well stocked. It was perfect for our stay in Granada.!

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Access is easy and there is parking under deck, although you can park in the area without problems. It has two terraces with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors, and the back terrace is a delight as it overlooks a terrain close to wooded area. In short, it is a comfortable apartment to spend a few days in Cazorla, in addition, you can walk to supermarkets and restaurants. The host (Maria) has been very friendly and has solved a mishap (foreign to the house) on the trip. She responds very quickly and is very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this place. We'll be back in the future. Thank you

The apartment was phenomenal, everything from the 10, and Desiree a charm, I helped us in everything we need about what to see, where to eat and everything you need, has it phenomenal raised!

Cosy and well-equipped apartment close to bus No 21 terminal taking you to the centre in no time. Easy to get to as it is in a modern residential district. Walking distance from Parque de las Sciencias where you can easily spend a day (or 2!) with kids, it's like a giant playpark. A lovely host that walks the extra mile that you feel welcome and taken care of. We can only recommend, bravo.

Asun, a very kind person, always ready to help us, orient us, the apartment is beautiful, just as you can see in the photos, the spectacular view. The entire Albaicin Quarter is beautiful, safe. The only thing that does not have an elevator, and to get to the apartment you have to climb stairs, but if you have a good physique is not a problem!
