I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment, it matched perfectly the description, and it is situated in a great neighbourhood away from the noise, but also close to the city for easy access everyday. Haythem was very responsive and kind and i thank him very much for the help and local recommandations. The apartment is also well decorated and spacious with many plants that contribute to the overall feeling of being at home I definitely recommend this apartment for a visit to Tunis, especially for a group :)

Really nice apartment close to Marsa, the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We asked to extend our stay last minute and she moved around some accomodations so we could stay in the same unit. Very much appreciated! Would recommend staying here, good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashref's place. He was nice, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic—right in La Marsa but also close to Carthage and Sidi Bou Saïd. There are two beautiful parks just a few minutes' walk away, which was perfect for spending time with the kids. The house has a lovely terrace where we could relax as a family. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for a calm and comfortable stay. We highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was very clean, accurate to the photos, well located and we were able to park our own vehicle in the parking lot in a secure way. Selim is very welcoming and attentive, always available. We had a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment😊.
