Alaa and Dr. Hanan were so sweet and followed up on me several times to make sure everything was great. I really felt like being home and a part of family as they had so heartwarming personalities. They communicate very well in English and Arabic and Alaa even speaks Danish! The apartment was nice in terms cleanliness, location, and space. Overall it was a great experience 😊😊😊

Bassem is a great host. He is very responsive and everything was cleared out before our stay and more. The Chalet is clean comfortable and just as the pictures. The garden is so quite. The beaches of Marina will take your breath away. This is with no doubt one of the best stays in the north coast and we will definitely come again.

Basma was very cooperative and responsive to our enquiries. Her place was well maintained and equipped with all needed items for comfortable stay. She ensured that our stay was hassle free. The location of the unit is short walk to the marina and surrounded by lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would reconsider for future trips.. one area of improvement is providing wifi to the unit( the listing mentioned no wifi but went unnoticed by me), the wifi would be beneficial to set up wifi baby monitors in case you are bringing your kids and housemaid with you. Highly recommended !!!!! Beautiful place , Me and my family loved every moment we spent there . Miss Zeinab is an amazing women she was always helpful and very honest . My wife forgot one of her Gold bracelet in the apartment with our noticing and Ms Zeinab called us right away to tell us and we drove back and she met us at the gate and gave it to us . Yana is friendly and responsive host. The apartment was clean and free from clutter. Not far from the beach and pool, although we didn’t used the facilities of the complex much but we thought it was nice to have that option available. Although the apartment was clean, we feel that it needs to conduct a pest control for the unit Or building

Hossam was fantastic, and the place looked just like the photos—clean, neat, and comfortable, though there were some food leftovers in the fridge. The main issue was that we only got 3 beach access cards for 4 registered guests, which caused significant inconvenience. Overall, a great stay, but make sure the access cards match the number of guests.

We were welcomed by Mostafa’s mother, who was very sweet! Explained everything very well and was always available for questions. Very proactive. They knew I had a baby and she already prepared a baby bed in my room. The apartment is superclean! Looks even better than in the pictures. You have literally everything you need in the apartment. There’s a shop of 2min walking distance from the apartment. You have a few pools close to the apartment and the beach is very close as well. You have a shuttle that comes pick you up next to the apartment. I would definitely stay here again! We really didnt want to leave and we wanted to extend our stay!

I also requested additional guidance during my trip, and he was consistently available whenever needed. His attentiveness and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay !! Wael was a great host !! Checkin was very easy and the apartment was very clean and neat ! He used to respond to me right away. Amazing location and so entertaining! Staying in the terrace enjoying the wonderful view of the marina made our vacation !! All type of restaurants walking distance. The grocer supermarket with best bakery for breakfast❤️ North beach 5 minutes with car. Thank you so much Wael and Ms Rehab for the fine touches left for us at the apartment !! Appreciate it a lot !!! We will definitely come back!

Everything was just 10 out of 10. The view and the sea are just stunning. Tamer is a very decent and helpful person. I Would definitely love to come back here again.

Kareem is a an outstanding host. He communicated with us so well. Very welcoming, flexible and got us everything we needed. He was always responsive, ready to help and got us anything was missing. Place is very clean, safe and close to all the beaches, 20 mins from marassi, IOS and Haicenda.

Amr is such a great host, very responsive and friendly! The place is so cozy and clean, close to restaurants and supermarket. Loved the patio area looks right at the pool. Checking in was easy. Definitely recommend staying there and i’ll be coming back for sure 😊
