Located in a charming and green residential area, which is only 5 min by tuktuk (or 20 min walking) from San Pedro la Laguna's bustling commercial area. The best internet Wi-Fi in the area —fiber optic cable— and a nice working area. Free parking near the property.

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
