great place to stay! lovely and clean, location is amazing. the beds are some of the comfiest I've slept in in an Airbnb/hotel and the shower pressure is the stuff of dreams! will stay here again!

Amazing stay and highly recommend! We loved it so much we're already looking to book again. Ricky was extremely helpful with recommendations and fast replies. It's a beautiful apartment and had all the amenities. Sometimes with BnB's I have to bring so much for the kitchen but none of it was needed because Ricky's apartment was fully kitted! The car park was walking distance and very reasonably priced. The apartment is located right by the beach and it's a beautiful walk to the pier. Ricky is a great host and this Air BnB is a great find for Brighton!

Opened the door and felt instantly at peace. Truly a home from home, light clean and fresh. And the garden is far better than the photo showed, very spacious, my dog spent most of her time lying outside chilling.

Had a lovely stay at Judith‘s annexe. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchenette and convenient parking right outside the door. Judith’s a very attentive host. She greeted me in person and kindly accepted deliveries for me. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is warm and very comfortable.., it’s located on a steep hill close to down town and everything you need. The little garden is beautiful and the bed is comfortable. Had a great stay 🙂

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

A lovely stay at Alicia's place, we had a last minute change of heart on our trip around England and decided to change from a pub room to an apartment for our family of 4. Was certainly worth the small amount extra to stay in complete luxury! Everything was thought of, we appreciated the small touches such as a decent sized laundry rack and even some clips to keep food fresh! The apartment was spotless, warm and cosy and a perfect place to relax once the kids had gone to bed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful flat in a quiet and safe surroundings with the coast so close. Great hosts, nothing was too much trouble and went above and beyond to look after us. Will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

This is a lovely elegant little home right in the centre of Petworth. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable . Jonathan is a helpful and friendly host .

We had a lovely weekend at Linzi’s. The house is very spacious and clean with everything we needed. The location was great for the beach as well as shops and pubs. It was nice to be able to take the dogs.

We booked very last minute due to the travel disruptions/weather - Alison was super helpful and accommodated us with no problem at all. She got everything ready immediately and we came straight from Gatwick and checked in. The Bothy is way above the norm as an Air BnB- it's spacious, well laid out, nice decor, bathroom was pristine, kitchen was well set up and there were little treats left for us, as well as milk, tea, coffee etc. This would have to be one of the top 3 Air BnB properties we have stayed in. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Alison for your help with our last minute booking. Peter

We had a fabulous new year's break at Robs place. everything we needed right there. Rob was fabulous - giving us a huge range of local places to visit, from pubs to restaurants, walks and even a local challenge too. the apartment itself, was exceptionally clean. just as described by Rob. we especially like the little attention to details - and the welcome gifts for us and the dogs were very appreciated. Elmer, is a lovely little village. very friendly and everything in walking distance. we took some walks around the woods and obviously along the beach every morning and even with the January cold- we got some fabulous photos and the weather was mostly Kind to us. the walk to and from Littlehampton was a perfect 10km round trip. we visited all the local walkable pubs with the best food being the Black Horse in Climping, however the Cabin and the Elmer were both very friendly and welcoming ... the Oystercatcher- erm..? I'd suggest avoiding. all in all a great stay. thank you

What a fabulous experience! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, airy, and warm. The garden is an added bonus and I’m sure would be fantastic to sit in, in the warmer months, but our dog loved it. Location couldn’t be better with a one minute walk to the seafront and endless great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Joanne was quick to respond to any queries and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning.

Loved staying here and would book again. Really nice location, very clean and everything we needed. Jess was really great at messaging me back, and even let me check out a bit later upon request. Parking was a bit difficult but as written in the description I found parking on Holland road.

David's flat is a gem of a find in the Kemptown area of Brighton. An easy walk to the beach, lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by, and only 15 mins to Brighton pier and The Lanes. Generally quiet location, although as other reviewers have said, it can be a bit noisy on the street, so I'd recommend bringing ear plugs for those in the front bedroom. The flat itself is as described, is well kitted out with amenities, clean and warm. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying again.

Thanks for a lovely stay. Great location. Easy walk into town and on bus route too. Flat is clean and tidy and host super helpful. Parking spot is really handy, though as others described would be a squeeze in a larger car.

We’ve stayed at lots of different places in Brighton and this was our favourite. Clean, warm, good location, well equipped, quiet area. We’ll be back next time if it’s available !
