Holiday rentals with breakfast in Shizuoka

We absolutely lived our stau at Keii’s house!! He truly cared so much for us and made our stay so wonderful and easy!! It is such a special experience to visit his house and anyone that misses this opportunity is truly missing out on a heartwarming experience!

His house is cozy and clean. The host is so kind and giving useful information. Very highly recommend for visit to Kofu.

Wakoh and her family were amazing hosts! Their home was warm & inviting, we had the best time during our short stay and were glad to have found this Airbnb. The room was perfect and a fun stay, the breakfast in the morning was great as well and Wakoh and her husband and children. We especially loved both of their dogs! Thank you again Wakoh and family for making it an incredible trip to Mt. Fuji!

Atsushi is very nice, friendly to us, very detailed introduction, also pick up and drop off station, full of homestays in Japan for the first time!The room is very clean, the cats are very cute, and the breakfast is very generous!I will be back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay with Machiko, the cat was adorable, Machiko had very nice recommendations around the area and we enjoyed biking and hiking around a lot. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed to cook. Machiko has been above and beyond helpful, she helped us to get some vegetables from the local grocery delivery and gave us a very welcoming stay during the Christmas days. 🗻🎄✨ highly recommended 🙏

WoW, how to say it! The host is particularly welcoming and very friendly! I felt like I was with someone from my family. Saicho took me to the train station every day out of pure kindness! Really recommend 100% because there was amazing hospitality! Thank you so much 🙏

I had a nice stay. Junko-San is kind and considerate of her guests. She always makes sure you are comfortable - even providing a humidifier in the dry winter weather when I became sick after traveling. This is one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve slept on. I love the big down comforter. The neighborhood is very walkable and conveniently located between two stations with lots of good places to eat. I’d definitely stay again when I’m back in Tokyo for an extended amount of time.

The food and the room were very satisfactory.It was my first time using it, but it was an explanation of the access to the inn, and the communication after I arrived was very polite and pleasant. I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

Mr. Jun and his wife were great hosts and made our stay a great experience.When reaching Kawaguchiko station, the bus was nearly forty minutes later than expected, and Jun had to wait for us for a long time, we were very sorry about that, and Jun didn't blame us, and was kind enough to chat with us.The house was nice and comfortable as a movie, and although it was cold outside, the kerosene stove made the room warm.However, be aware that the house is made of wood, it is not soundproof and it is best not to speak loudly at night to affect the rest of others.In the house, you can also experience the hot spring for free, it is very comfortable, we washed the tiredness of our transportation for a day, after soaking in the hot spring, the whole person became very warm.The house can also provide hot water which is friendly for Chinese tourists.The breakfast the next morning is also delicious, the bread is very soft after the bread is baked, and the salad is also very delicious after the sauce.Jun's wife was also friendly to communicate with us and both speak English.All in all, the room is beautiful, the experience is great, definitely not a cheap price!

Lovely place with Mt Fuji view. V cozy.m and charming, better than photos shown. Will certainly come back if I do visit Hakone again. Breakfast is delicious too! Love the public onsen which is made available on a first come first serve basis. The onsen is of natural mineral hot spring.

Traveling to remote mountainous locations, well away from the bustle of a city can be daunting for travelers. However, the incredible team at Kakurinbo Buddhist Temple is exceptional in every way. They truly made our trip to Kakurinbo quite incredible. Saeko, Sho, and the many other wonderful team members are special in their ability to help you feel so comfortable and at home in their temple accommodations. We are eager to return for sure.

What an absolutely incredibly welcoming and beautiful family. They made me feel like I was staying in my home away from home. They picked me up from the train station and even decided they would show me Mt Fuji the following say. I cannot thank both hosts enough for their hospitality and allowing me to be part of their family for the evening. Highly recommend and I will be visiting again!

Jun and his wife are fantastic people! They are super kind and their cooking skills are immaculate. I barely speak Japanese, which was fine because Jun is well versed in the language and made great conversation. The place itself was super cool, with some of the architecture being over 100 years old. Even with the age it is super well maintained. The area is peaceful and close to some amazing views of Mt Fuji.

Toshi and Map are both so well travelled and so friendly. We felt right at home and our dog Maya loved napping on their sofa. The 2nd floor of their house is meant for the guests and you have your own private areas to chill and rest. They booked us a dinner reservation in a local joint and we had simple and heart warming Japanese food. We share some wines we brought along and chatted about our travels. Breakfast was such an effort, Map cooked and Toshi served. Lovely couple! Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to be back again! Cheers from Angie, Joerg and Maya Chan
