Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Shilin District

Alan was so helpful, this was a great place to stay while attending a conference at the convention center. Note that it is quite loud with the traffic, but if you turn on the air conditioner the noise is well covered. The location is excellent. Also appreciated the dehumidifier to keep the air fresh. Also I can’t recommend healthful boba tea place nearby enough, the owner is a tea master and she uses organic teas she grows and fresh fruit!

Located in a busy area with multiple shopping malls nearby. Pretty noisy during day time if you open the window. However, we’re not home most of the day. It’s fine for us. Yoco and Catherine are very responsive and helpful. Thanks for giving us the adapter! It saved us!

Great location if you like local street food and produce! Linjiang street is a produce market by day with great fruits, vegetables and meats by day and great food night market by late afternoon. There are cute clothes shops and gaming places as well. Stinky tofu is Michelin honor and it is legit. But Shen Jien bao and the Mango shaved flower ice are also great. Lots of great street food! The place is simple and not fancy, but very functional - everything worked. The shower is the traditional curtain divider base, but the electric instant water heater works great (be careful as it gets super hot). Each room has its own AC/heater and having 4 bedrooms is great for our family of five. There is definitely noise from the night market and sound travels, but we were ready for that. Mosquitos were a nuisance but that is Taiwan though not sure how they were getting in.

Second visit to Taiwan. The first was near the main station, but it was a pity that there was nothing to do around when I came back after my schedule. However, for this trip, there were many restaurants and things to do around the accommodation, so I spent a week without knowing how much time went by. After passing the happiness from Exit 6 of Ximending, the accommodation is right away, so it was the best transportation to the point that I wondered if there was a better place than this place, and the host was so kind and welcomed the large number of people!!! I will also be staying here for my next trip to Taipei. The accommodation is on the 6th floor of the building, and if you put a cute key fob on the regular front door, it will open. When I opened the door, there was a room with a double bed on that floor, so I assigned it to my parents' room where it would be difficult to use the stairs. If you go up the stairs, there are two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large room in the living room with a sofa, a TV, and two double beds, so the children used to sleep while playing in that room together. If you go out to the living room veranda, this is the spot where you can feel the local Taipei!!!! There was also a washing machine, so I used it comfortably. If you go up one more floor, there is a room with a double bed. The structure of the rooftop room is fun, and it's a good place to stay with about 9 people.

Jason and Kelly are enthusiastic hosts. They enjoy meeting people and helping them to enjoy Taipei. The apartment is spacious for the price and comes with an outdoor deck, where you can eat, read, and exercise. We didn’t mind the six flights of stairs. The bedroom is quiet. Hot water, wi-fi and heater all work well. Neighborhood is safe, full of dining options, but not the most exciting in terms of shops. A bit away from the center but easy to get in on the Metro. The main drawback of the apartment is that it has no kitchen, but that is fully disclosed in the listing and may not be an issue for you.

We were upgraded to rooms that were larger than originally booked.The location is more secluded, you can see the sea from the room, there is a small yard in front of the house, although the road is small and not easy to open, there is an open parking area.The room is very clean, with fruits, snacks, noodles, drinks, etc. in the refrigerator and cabinet.The owner is very enthusiastic to recommend nearby attractions and trips, and it is only 5 minutes by car from Jiu.Great place to stay.

Rooms of high quality Very close to the metro, very convenient

I loved it for a family trip. It was spacious enough for seven people to live, and there were three bathrooms, so it was comfortable to wash. However, the stairs on the 2nd and 3rd floors are steep, so it will be difficult for adults or children to use. So, the first floor was spacious, so the adults were able to use the first floor and enjoy it well enough using this third floor. I booked an Airbnb in the kitchen and was satisfied with my parents who didn't like their taste. There is a distance from the station, but except for when going to Ximending Station, there was no major inconvenience using only a taxi. The host's feedback was quick and friendly, so it was better to stay. Thanks to you, I had a good rest. Thank you.

This time, I came to celebrate with my friends. The overall atmosphere and experience of the private building are very good, and I had a great time playing!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Harry’s two condominium units in the same building. It’s located at the very heart of Taipei Main Station and it’s very easy to get around the city and to the airport. It’s great that his place has a kitchen to warm up our leftover food. There is no need to cook as there are so many delicious and affordable places to buy or dine out.

Great location, just a few minutes walks to metro station, and tons of restaurants for some quick snacks. Definitely would recommend

Great location with great access

Huiwen is a super nice host communicated with us a lot and helped us with a lot of things. The place was spotless and SUPEr cozy. I wish i lived there! The place also smells super nice which make the stay very enjoyable.

The flat is in a very busy area with good public transport and lots of shops and restaurants near by. Happy is always very quick to respond and helpful. It was a good place to stay.
