Holiday rentals with a patio in Shediac Parish

This was our second stay at this location and it continues to be a great spot. Definitely recommend.

So grateful to Eric for accommodating my requests. He was very friendly and very quick to respond to my inquiries. Apartment is located in a nice neighborhood. The apartment is brand new and very spacious.

Melanie's place is my go to when I go to Moncton for business. As usual, I had a great stay, walking in now is almost like walking in to my house. Melanie is a wonderful host! I would recommend Urban Oak all day long, you won't be disappointed!

We stayed in this apartment with our family for a couple of days, and we really enjoyed it. Everything was clean and tidy. We were warmly welcomed and even received some nice treats. We highly recommend staying in this apartment!

We rented out multiple properties owned by Angela and her team. We were really satisfied with how they handled any requests/problems. They responded quickly and were very efficient with our needs. We were very happy with our stay.

Absolutely charming place to stay!Was exactly how it was described... So cozy and clean with lots to do... We got addicted to the IQ tester game lol Trudy was extremely friendly and accommodating, definitely highly recommend this beautiful spot!

Was a great quiet place to stay during my visit.

This place was a very nice place and met our needs very well. Lots of space for our group of 8, beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with the essentials for making meals. The table in the dining room was nice and long and easily had space for our group to share many enjoyable meals together. The hosts were very helpful and responsive and even left us a bottle of local wine as a gift! We would certainly consider staying here again!

Such a great location! The communication was unreal. I've stayed in alot of Airbnb around the world and this was the best! The memories will always be there! She treated us like family. I had a question and she was there in five minutes.She did even need to come but insisted. 🧡

Everything was perfect.

Just finished our stay at Joanne’s. We booked for four nights and then decided to stay another night. Considering it was a last minute decision, Joanne was very accommodating and was able to book us for another night. The house is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and it’s feels like being home. I would highly recommend staying here, if I’m in the area again I will be staying here for sure.

So happy with our weekend stay at Rays place! Comfortable and close to amenities while feeling off the beaten path - the park and fire pit was a hit with our toddler! Great communication and would be happy to stay there again when passing through.

We really enjoyed the place! The condo is very large, the 2 bathrooms very convenient for 4 people. The views are great, the walks on the shore were so nice. The place was quiet and the neighborhood was nice. We recommend it!
