The warm and nice welcome and check-in with his sister as well as the clean apartment immediately made us feel at home! The communication with Bassam was perfect again! If you have any questions or problems, he responds very quickly! Even when we had to extend our stay due to an operation of my husband at short notice, he went out of his way to make sure we could stay as long as we needed!
