Alexis was a phenomenal host. Very professional, responded within a timely manner, and made sure all of our needs were met. I loved the minimalistic approach to this home and how clean it was. They were kind enough to supply extra blankets, sheets, and things we'd need during our stay. This is a place I'd definitely stay again and would recommend to my family/friends as well.

Sandy is an amazing host! The property was exactly as described and matched the photos. Very clean property and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware utensils to make home cooked meals. She knew that I wasn't from the area and provided me with information for the area as well as upcoming festivities in the community. We had to make a last minute change to our reservation and extend our stay. She was very prompt with the responses and extremely amenable to our changes. She is very interactive with her guests and will respond quickly with any questions. I will definitely try to stay there again if I get the chance.

I have traveled many places over the years and always stay in homes vice hotels. DeeAnn's home is, hands-down, top 1%. From cleanliness to responsiveness to overall location, just a fantastic stay. The home has everything you could need and then some! If you are staying in Hardy I can assure you, you won't regret staying here! And the little extra love for my dog-child was bonus points. Beautiful place in a very secluded area. We really enjoyed being able to hear the train horn in the distance and the birds in the trees. It is not visible from the road which was a big plus for us. It was everything we wanted in a quiet peaceful vacation. The cabin is very tasteful and cozy. And we really appreciated being able to bring our pets. They enjoyed the natural surroundings as well. Even though it rained most of our stay, we were able to open the windows and listen to the rain while watching movies and eating chili. The most relaxing trip I've had in a great while. Thanks for making your cabin appreciated to us, Wes. We will definitely be coming back!

lovely for visiting local family. we brought our two cats, and it was very cat friendly except for a hole in the wall in the bathroom, but that was easily avoidable by just shutting the bathroom door. everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. we will absolutely stay here when ever we come to visit family in the area.

Shipp’s Landing-Cozy Secluded Retreat on the water

Very secluded with the perfect location to fish spring river. After arriving almost everything can be done by ATV. The back patio feels like sitting in a tree house and is wonderful for relaxing and watching wildlife. The price is more expensive than other places but is definitely worth it due to the fact everything that is included for a complete river experience.

2 Many Moons Trace, hosted by Robert, was a perfect landing space for a few days in town during the off season. The location was conveniently located and exceeded my needs as a place of respite. The accommodations were exactly as mentioned/pictured. Communication with Robert was excellent! The area was quiet and the surrounding neighborhood appeared well-kept! Kudos to Robert!!!

Drew's place was amazing, beautiful, and peaceful. It was clean and well kept. I loved the views and that he offered kayaks. I would love to come back in the warmer temperatures to get out on the water. Drew was an very accommodating & awesome host! He responded fast to any questions I had and offered great recommendations.

I was traveling solo with my dog, so I was a little nervous. I recommend downloading a map of the area on your device. Not because of poor directions. I wanted to take backroads to my friends’ home at Black Rock, so it was very important for navigation. With that said, once I got settled in, I felt safe. I loved the kitchen area, the back deck and the bed! There’s lots to see on the land and I enjoyed walking around and looking at rocks, plants, trees, and listening to birds. There’s lots of pileated woodpeckers, butterflies and a sweet pawpaw grove halfway up the driveway. Plus a little creek begins near the house. The place is well-stocked, I had everything I needed, and I was very pleased with Shelley’s communication! Once onsite the WiFi password gets you into a fast network and all I had to do was turn on WiFi calling. I slept twelve hours one night, it was so quiet. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer. I bet it’s beautiful in the fall/spring! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! It is tucked away and we didn’t have to leave all weekend. We didn’t get to do some of the things we wanted to because it rained all day, so we will definitely be back! I did forget some things and thought we’d have to make the trek somewhere, but Walmart delivery came through for us! Nick’s place has everything you need plus some! We can’t wait to bring our daughter and friends with us next time.

Great little cabin! Very clean and updated. Price was great and it was perfect for our quick layover here. Nice quiet neighborhood, drive way was a little steep but if you’re familiar with northern Arkansas that’s pretty common. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely love. We were only staying one night with our 4 year old. It was too cold to take advantage of the water amenities but the view was still gorgeous. Lynn was very responsive. They have a binder filled with pertinent local info and restaurants, even includes their menus. Would love to come back when it warms up.
