James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

Lovely, spacious and well equipped house near local services. Our second visit and it felt like coming home. The kitchen had everything we needed and having a proper dining table in a separate room was a big plus. Emma kept in contact with us and was very helpful with travel and check in. She had also had it decorated for Christmas which was very nice. Highly recommended if you’re visiting the West Wight

I reserved this for friends who have stayed at the house a few times now. Always lovely, clean, all you could need on hand. Beautiful location, short walk to the beach.

We didn't need to contact the hosts because everything was so straight forward but the contact we did have with them was lovely. lovely little place, on a bus route to the town centre or the other way to the New Forest. Train station is easily walkable, even for a decrepit old fart like me. house was beautiful, very tidy, warm and cozy. very quiet considering it's in a major city. We had a lovely weekend with my son, his other half and our beautiful granddaughter. This lovely house made a wonderful weekend even better. Many thanks to our awesome hosts.

We absolutely loved our stay in Seaview, having visited Seaview many times in the past, this was definitely the best place we have stayed. Across the road from the beach with a sea view from the balcony, we couldn't have asked for more. The house is the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed at in the past which helps so much when you're only away from home for a week. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed and a cupboard full of herbs, spices etc. The house is beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden. Seaview is quiet, its not got any of the hustle and bustle of some other seaside towns, so is perfect for a quiet stay on a lovely beach, great for exploring rock pools and fishing, or a walk to Priory bay! The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, it's comfortable, relaxing and well equipped for the kids with enough TV stations and board games to keep them entertained when we got them in from the beach! We loved our stay, thanks Crispin!

Excellent stay- had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable Our only thing & nothing can be done about it- was on a very busy road

David and Mandy's place was peaceful, quiet and clean - just what we needed. The parking was very close, Co-op store was down the street, good food just down the steps to the beach. Sheets smelled fresh, beds comfy and the view from the patio was serene. And the bonus discount on the ferry was great! We hope to come back soon.

This flat is truly a haven! Set in a gorgeous old town near waterfalls and beaches, plenty to do! Easy drives across the island for other activities. This place has great parking- you can buy a permit for staying multiple days which works out easier and cheaper! We came for New Year so a lot was closed for winter and we still had an amazing time and hope to return in summer! The flat is just as described and Terry is so helpful with instructions and being easy to contact.

Me and my two sons ( 14y and 6y) stayed for one night . The place was lovely , host was amazing with fast response to messages . My 6y son don’t like staying anywhere other then his house but said dad can we stay here again but next time for 2 nights lol . That’s says how comfortable he felt in this apartment so would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again x

This is a fantastic little flat right in the heart of town—perfect for solo travellers or couples. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Jillian was an excellent host; when there was an issue with one of the kitchen appliances, she resolved it immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at Danny’s flat, the location was great and the flat very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay and owners always answer my questions. if you want couple or alone place this place is the best.i highly recommend this place and in future I hope to book it again. I wish I could rank this place 10 stars. this place was beyond 5 stars.

Seweryn was a great host, Communication was amazing , the flat was equipped with everything you need including games Xbox puzzles. It was a lovely cozy flat me and my partner really enjoyed it. Will be back again.

The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It's location in the middle of Brockenhurst village is excellent and made a great base for visiting the area.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend

From the very start Sally was very responsive and proactive making sure that she would be there when we arrived to let us in. We stayed at Sally's flat, which is dog friendly, for the weekend as we wanted to be in easy reach of the beach in order to be able to take our young doggie for long walks along the coast and she even offered to provide dog beds and blankets. The beach was about a 4 minute walk. The flat was really well presented, clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed and immaculate bedding. The kitchen was well appointed with microwave, fridge, cooker, kettle, and even tea and coffee. I would recommend Sally's flat for anyone with or without a dog if you wanted to be near the sea. Thanks for helping to make my wife's birthday exactly what she wanted and may well be looking to come back again as there is a lot more to see.
