Holiday rentals with a patio in Sévrier

Baptiste welcomed us into a lively house (not a showroom), nice and quiet, with room for everyone! Functional equipment, large area and small shops not far away, minutes from the center. We'll be happy to come back for an upcoming cousinade! Thank you 🙏

There were difficulties with check-in, since in the place where the case with the keys was located, my cell operator did not catch and had to go out to get further instructions. Regarding the apartment, there were two of us, I was with a small child and absolutely everything suited me! First and foremost a bed that my child had no way to fall from. There was also a great balcony. I didn't plan to, but I used the garage, which was included in the price and it turned out to be very convenient! Despite the fact that it seems that the apartment is far from the center - this is not the case at all! Great promenade and center within walking distance. We walked a lot with a sidecar. There is a passage for it everywhere - very convenient. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your own food. No TV but we didn't need it. The appliances are in working condition, there are detergents to remove yourself. I would recommend leaving more garbage bags, as we lived for more than a week and two of us were not enough. Great apartment!

Easy access apartment by car with free private parking,Super garage by bike with power outlet ( e-bike😉) The accommodation offers a bedroom separate from the kitchen and bathroom with🚾. Clean, comfortable apartment with small touches (cold drink, cake...) on your arrival.

Very functional accommodation, well placed (old town within walking distance). Perfect.

Ideal location and exactly as described

The place is one of the best bnb we have ever stayed. The place is bigger and more beautiful than the photos. The location is great. It’s walkable distance to town and it’s right beside a hill side park where we can walk our dog easily. In addition, the host, Marie Anne is very nice and responsive to our questions. I can only say that we are so lucky to find this place and we are so grateful that this place is open to be a bnb. We shall definitely come back next skiing season!!

Our stay went very well. Oxana and Victor whose hosts are very available and responsive. If there are any questions or concerns, they respond immediately. The accommodation is spacious, functional and well-equipped. The terrace is very large with a nice view, the hot tub is great. The surroundings are nice to walk with strolls along waterways, waterfalls etc. We would recommend this listing.

A perfect stay, in an extremely pleasant and bright house, located on a quiet street and close to many services and roads. Jonni and his wife are extremely responsive and always available. Highly recommend their home and we would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place! Peaceful and warm, the accommodation is perfectly well located, easy to access thanks to the host's instructions, fully equipped and comfortable... without forgetting the view which is incredible!! We'll be happy to go back.

Kelly and Thomas' apartment is at the foot of the slopes. It's nice not to use the car. It is spacious and quiet. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage that allows for a clear and fluid space. The kitchen is very well equipped and allows cooking as at home. There are enough dishes to use the dishwasher only when it is full. The bedding is good and there are enough blankets and pillows. A very nice stay for us at Kelly and Thomas's.

Communication before our arrival much appreciated. The stay for our group of 12 went perfectly and Ronald was responsive to our questions.

Amazing sweet little apartment that we fell in love with! Free parking right outside is a major plus and the flat had everything we needed for a gorgeous few days in Annecy.

The apartment is as described and photographed. We can see the lake of the apartment but also the mountain. The small garden is nice. We were blessed with great weather. We were able to visit Annecy which is only 15/20 minutes from the apartment. It was great. I highly recommend it!

A very good place to enjoy with children. The house is very nice, spacious, and with a huge garden to enjoy if you want; we didn't do it because the area is impressively beautiful, with countless places to visit, we missed days...
