It was such perfection, we booked another week at this property on this weekend getaway! Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay! Very close to the beach and park. Our 3 year old had a blast with the toys and books! LOTS of extra conveniences - they thought of everything. You really only need to pack your clothes - they have everything else covered. Even our dog had the conveniences of home. The mattresses were very comfortable. The outdoor shower was clean and very helpful. We would also recommend renting the golf cart - super handy! All and all a great place to stay.

Everything was wonderful, easy to get in, and our host John was very helpful and friendly. Hotub was clean no trash in the yards felt just like home. comfortable beds the walkway to the beach was very private enjoyed that as well. Overall our stay was amazing and would love to be able to stay there again. We had so much fun <3 provided us with some detergent to wash clothes I thought that was thoughtful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday week at this home which was one of the more spacious homes we’ve stayed at in Cape Charles. Maria was extremely responsive and helpful. Our grandkids especially enjoyed the kids toys and books and we had fun with the wall scrabble game.

This little house was perfect! It looked exactly like the photos and everything was exactly as described. The area was private and we had an adorable greeter. The family dog greets you and will visit while you have coffee before going home. I will definitely be coming back to this place. Well worth the money.

Great place! Exactly as described and reasonable pricing. Walkable distance to beach and bars/restaurants in Cape Charles. Very cozy and comfortable. Great hosts as well.

I found this place because a previous guest stayed there and I visited them there. The hosts were very personable and gave you all the privacy you desired. Check yourself in. It was nothing that I needed which wasn’t already stocked. Had a fire pit for the cool evenings. I would definitely recommend this place. It was great not having to cook! 👑🔥🙏🏽 I would definitely recommend to others

This historical home is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities you need. The house was spotless when we arrived. It is in an excellent location-walking distance to everything. The furniture was comfortable and there is plenty of room to gather. The backyard fireplace is perfect!

I just wanna start by saying, Tiffany, is amazing! She responded almost instantly and was extremely helpful. I spent the weekend there with my parents and my siblings with their families. My mom who is wheelchair bound, found the place to be very comfortable. I asked Tiffany about wheelchair accessibility and she gave the suggestion to bring a small ramp as there are two steps in the front as well as a step to get in the house. It worked out just fine. Also, if you have children, the place has a bedroom with two bunk beds, and an area in the upstairs hallway with a couch that can be adjusted to sleep on. Also wanna add that, we were running late with the checkout time due to the fact that it isn't easy getting my mother out of the house and she gave us extra time without charging extra!! With that being said, I would highly recommend this hidden gem. It is a beautiful location, spacious, clean, and has a great understanding hostess. Thanks!!

I'm so glad we chose this location. it wasn't far from everything we wanted, but still felt private and peaceful. it was the relaxing spot we needed!
