There is an air source heat pump in the house that can be used to heat / cool rooms. Laundry is currently only available in the sauna. Clean drinking water is provided with a canister, and there is a well in the courtyard. The dry run is located in the backyard. Outside there is a smoke oven, outdoor stove. Trampoline and swing for kids. The house has a TV, a DVD, a kettle, and a small refrigerator. Pets are allowed.

The Luha farm guesthouse is located in a pristine and clean Setomaa nature. A cozy and stylish cabin is suitable for getting away from it all, or for focused work. The cabin has electricity, a double bed, a table and a radiator for the cooler weather. Right now you can wash up in the sauna and swim in the pond. The ventilated dry toilet is located in the yard. This is a good place to stay for a visitor or a hiker in Setomaa or the area. It is possible to add a toddler bed.

Enjoy peace and quiet at this unique little forest house that's part of our home in the middle of national forests. The house used to serve as a writing retreat for a respected forest scientist. It is possible to grill, play disc golf or volleyball on the beach area, playground for children nearby and, by prior agreement, swinging on the swing (over-shaft). There is also a beach café where you can rent a waterbike, boat, canoes, bicycles and dicgolf discs.

The house is located just 25 minutes outside of Voru, and is close to famous Piusa Caves. The house is a two-story building, with the sleeping area located upstairs.
