Family-friendly holiday rentals in Setauket- East Setauket

We had the best thanksgiving trip here! It was beautiful and the space worked so well. We all loved it and would definitely recommend and come back another time! The view of the beach is incredible and lovely walks close by, the little town is cute and it was exactly what we wanted and not too far from the city, but we really felt like we were far away from any of the city busyness it was lovely!

My family was in town for a funeral, and we were able to book Victoria's home and save versus booking multiple hotel rooms. The location is minutes of I-95, so the home gave us a nice, central home base with a kitchen to get to everything and feed the kiddos between events. While we weren't looking for a beach trip - we were able to walk to the local beach and enjoy it with our young kids for a few hours over the weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for us. Communicating with Victoria was very easy, and check in/out was a piece of cake as there is a lock box on the house. If I need to bring the family back to the Stamford area, we'll definitely want to stay at Victoria's home again! Thanks!

This house was a lovely place for our family trip! Our party of 4 had plenty of room to spread out, beach is just a few min away, along with restaurants, shops etc. There is plenty of room in the backyard, but my family really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and playing cards. Everything we needed was there, and all questions answered quickly! I would definitely book again!!

We spent a week at Joe‘s house and couldn’t be happier. The house, property, and surrounding area was amazing. Everything was super clean, and you won’t find a spot like this anywhere else. The master bathroom is incredible. Already trying to figure out how I can replicate that shower in my own house lol. would recommend this place 100%

We loved our stay at the "tree house", you're literally among the top of the trees all around. Our favorite place was the large wrap-around deck with very comfortable couches and dining table. We ate all our meals outside for 18 days. Gorgeous views and sunsets. Beach access was 5 minutes down a private path, leading to an almost private beach. Another favorite place was the hot tub, a big hit for out grandkids. There was also a sauna, which we did not use. Cee responded to our questions within 10 minutes, even from Europe. ..great host.

Jessenia has a lovely home and was very accommodating throughout the whole process. she met us at check in and showed us around the house and how to work everything. The pictures don't do enough justice, the whole place was beautiful and the hot tub was a plus. So warm in the winter just felt amazing.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Henri was incredibly responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered promptly, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, from kitchen items to fresh linens. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and well-equipped spot to stay!

Loved staying at Diana's .... especially her backyard... it truly was like have a park right outside the house and the birds... oh my goodness..so many at her birdfeeder..

Chris’s place was perfect. We were there for a wedding and the home was perfectly described, along with its location. Clear instructions and Chris was very communicative and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend for a stay in West Hampton.

Stan’s place was perfect for the trip. The place was clean, the location was convenient, and there was plenty of space. The extra amenities and friendliness of the host made us feel right at home. I would definitely stay there again.

Pamela was an absolutely lovely host. Even though it was during the holidays Pam was very responsive and always willing to help but not at all intrusive. In spite of this Rental being attached to the host home, we had complete privacy. Lovely Rental & host.

Appreciated Gregory being friendly and thorough, meeting us in person, giving us a tour of the place upon arrival, and the charm factor of this house. The kitchen was very well stocked and usable, there was a lot of community space and a lot of bedrooms and beds, so it was great for our purpose.

Great, responsive and accommodating host. Very nice, homey place to stay in fire island and enjoy the beach. The house is also very close to the dock for the ferry and water taxi.

I had a great stay here and the place felt like home immediately. There was a lot of space for my dog to run around as well. Everything was very clean and organized. There was noise through the apartment as per previous reviews as there are other people living throughout the house, but it is something I did not mind at all, especially since I had my dog with me.

Alison's Farmhouse exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt right at home there and were impressed to find the house stocked with essentials needed for the trip- such as spices, condiments, extra bedding etc. We all enjoyed the side porch and the fireplace in the evenings and loved that it provided an opportunity for some to be in side watching tv and the rest to be outside. We hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Nir’s home. It was very clean and welcoming. The pool was just lovely and much needed on some very warm days. Especially after working hard all day! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need to cook gourmet meals! Nice large subzero refrigerator as well. Very spacious home and well designed for private areas. Air conditioning was fabulous as was hot water in the many bathrooms. Lots of towels for bath and pool .Beds we’re comfortable which was amazing. Close to parkways, grocery and gym. We felt very much at hime. Nir is an outstanding kind host and communicates very well if there is an issue. We hope to stay again in the future! I highly recommend Nir’s home!!!

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.

I have stayed at Jean Francois home several times. I always feel comfortable there. His home is spotless, easy to travel to, close to town, lot’s a great shops and restaurant’s and in a beautiful area. Jean Francois is also very friendly and responsive when I communicate. It’s a lovely space and I can’t wait to return!

This is a lovely spacious house with a really wonderful outside area to relax and have fun! The house is well appointed with everything you need and the pool is huge, my family had a great time playing in it. It is a little hard to find but a nice private little road. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Perfectly sized house for our needs, pool was refreshing and the entire stay was quiet and comfortable!
