Family-friendly holiday rentals in Setagaya City

We had such a great stay! Chose the apartment for its cozy, well-designed interior and definitely didn’t disappoint. Being right next to the station made it super easy to get around despite being slightly out of the city centre and there were plenty of food options and grocery stores/convenience stores close by. We would love to come back in the future.

The house is very beautiful and clean, it’s easy to find and close to the JE station. Keiko is warm-hearted, I appreciate that Keiko helped us a lot during this travel. Especially when we went to Mount Fuji, she helped to keep our big luggage. If next time I have chance to Tokyo again, I will choose it again

Host was EXTREMELY accomadating, everything from late checkout (I checked out 10 hours later!) to food and bar reccomendations, the host really cared about my stay. Nice location if you like to have fun, every accomedation you could need and pretty view, you will never be bored in this location

The apartment is comfy, light and has it all, all that is needed. It is a discrete location in a wonderful special part of Tokyo. Akari was very responsive and supportive.

It was our second time at Masakatsu‘s apartment and we really love it! The beds are really comfy and the room is very clean, and spacious and has everything you might need. The onsen was great, too! As he says, it’s no problem being heavily tattooed and the water was really relaxing! We‘re definitely coming back!

Mie-San's place was great. The location was amazing with access to the entire city by train at the very least. It was also clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very useful. The train stop was a 7 minute walk away with the main line being only 1 stop away. Quiet and bigger than average for Tokyo. Mie-San is a great host.

The host Norimasa-San is very warm and helpful, the room is also good and not noisy, there is life supermarket around, it is open till early morning, will choose here next time

Kan’s house is truly a gem – unique, spacious, and beautifully designed! Every corner of the house reflects thoughtful attention to detail, making it an inspiring and comfortable place to stay. We were especially impressed by the abundance of natural light that fills the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a host, Kan exceeded our expectations with his proactive communication and genuine care. He was always available to offer assistance and even checked in to make sure we were doing well during our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to popular areas like Shibuya, Meguro, Roppongi, and Ginza. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable and immersive experience in Tokyo, staying in a one-of-a-kind home that blends style and functionality.

The stay was very good, the facilities in the room were carefully protected, all the places were very clean, the bedding was very comfortable, I loved it very much, and I would like to stay again next time!

This is our second stay here and we find this place really clean and convenient. Around 5-7 mins walk to Ikebukuro station it is a great place to stay for family. We will stay here again.

Yuko’s place was spacious enough to travel with baby. It was super close to the subway station so we could easily go to touristic areas. Floor heating system was amazing so we could have good rest at night. Definately recommed this place!

Speaking of truth in advertising, this place is exactly as the photos suggest and had everything we needed. We used the stick vacuum every day. This place is very close to Togoshi-Koen train station, which is two stops away from the bus stop for the limousine service to Haneda and the bus stop is easy to get even at the height of the morning rush hour. In front of the Togoshi-Koen train station are two grocery stores, one quite large. There are also two parks nearby, one of which is a beautiful Japanese garden. During our two-week stay we had some work to do, for which having a dining room that can seat 4 people came in handy, serving as a work station for two people. The host did everything possible to help us and was also accommodating, including readily agreeing to our request to stay a few hours beyond the standard check-out time. If you are looking for value for money in a quiet area, you would do well to consider this place.

Nobu was incredibly responsive and helpful with any question we had. His home was spotless and exactly as advertised. Nobu’s home and hospitality was top notch, highly recommended.

This place was comfortable and an easy walk to the JR Yamamote Line, only a 5 minute walk. There were restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket all relatively close. Maki was an amazing host that always responded when I had questions. The house was a bit cold, but we did go in December so that was expected. The heaters in the house worked well! I only wish that the water for the bath could have been a bit warmers to soak (stayed at 38 Celsius), but that could be for certain safety reasons. If you want to be away from the busy stations like Shinjuku or Shibuya, JR Komagome is perfect. It’s small and easy to navigate and there’s a small shop selling strawberry daifuku at the east exit if you want a small snack on the way home (closes at 8pm?).

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. It’s our number one favorite country to come back again and again Thank you Yukari for allowing us to stay at your place and for being so nice to us

Don’t be put off by the rules- be respectful and this is a great stay. Nice and quiet and close to many food places and stations. The host is very helpful and responsive and even offered to make a restaurant reservation for us. We loved our stay!

The room is withing walking distance of a JR Line train station that will easily get you around Toyko. Good place to stay if you want to explore the city

It's a little far from the station, but 10 minutes?15 minutes? But it was nice to go for a walk. The accommodation was also comfortable!

The apartment is conveniently located in the Oyamadai district. All amenities are available near the property and the neighborhood is very quiet. Access to the accommodation is very simple and convenient. Everything in the apartment is very clean and tidy. Thank you Misono!
