we will return! Constant communication and Racj=hel went out of her way to have us check in early as we arrived sooner than we anticipated. The house is perfect! We have a small dog, there were dog covers, a fenced yard (with pooper scooper), a sweet fireplace, a footed bathtub, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels and great sheets. We really loved this place and it would be great for 2 couples and/or a family. Great for dog people.

We, a couple with 2 pups, had a relaxing trip to Kings Beach in Tahoe. Donna and Toby’s cabin had everything (and more) you’d need. In fact, until now, I’d never stayed in a rental that was as well stocked as this home. There were zip lock bags, foil, oil, coffee, I could go on but you get the idea. Restaurants within walking distance to home base. We ordered take away meals and enjoyed them in the cabin since the weather was too cold to sit outside with our dogs. In fact, it snowed our first night which was magical and beautiful to wake up to the next morning. Appreciated the fenced yard for the dogs to sniff around. The beach and walking path was a quick few minutes walk away. Sweet little cabin. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great place, if bringing pets watch out for ticks when hiking down to the lake. Very peaceful and private.

Jess’ place was both incredibly well designed and cozy at the same time. It was immaculately clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was a perfect distance to the main drag in town. In addition, Jess was the most responsive and flexible host - answering all our many questions and asks for local recommendations (we were staying with a big family and kids over Christmas). Would 100% stay here again!

We enjoyed the little nest. Best part was its location. So close to everything and easily walkable. Clean & tidy…had all the amenities. Would highly recommend!

We’ve had an amazing 2 night staying here. Water and heater works perfectly fine specially on cold snowy days. It’s a really cozy space to kick back and relax! Has pretty much everything you would need in a home. It’s also a few minutes away from stores. We highly recommend this place as your go to stay in tahoe!

A very nice older home in a quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what we needed for our few days in Reno. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, but just be mindful if there are other tenants in the back units they will be right next to you and therefore no privacy if you’re in the backyard. But I give it a great rating as it served our needs perfectly. The host Jo is extremely responsive and accommodating and we were able to check in early

Nice location along a canal and close access to a great walking trail. Could even walk to an outdoor shopping center if you wanted. Local coffee shop too!

Decent location, recently renovated unit in a 60’s/70’s era building. .3 miles to either lift but parking in those lots fills up fast. Host was on top of everything and we had a great time.

Harry’s place is super close to the Lake. A very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Clear check in instructions and was very flexible with check in/check out times (which we loved). Harry also gave recommendations on stores and local places as well. It was a great stay for my group of 10! Kitchen was a nice big space. We had to put the bear fence on/off. I would love to come back to Harry’s place in the future!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back! Awesome spot for a chill Northstar stay, the kitchen is very well stocked for an Airbnb and we’ve loved cooking big dinners there. They also added a legit massage chair that was amazing, and the hot tub is big enough for 6 adults to comfortably sit. Kevin & Jennifer are super responsive and helpful with anything we need and clearly take a lot of care in making sure their guests are comfortable.

The location is beautiful. Especially if you’re a skier there is a resort right down the street. Plenty of snow to play in outside. Tons of room with the spacious four bedrooms. Nice having washer dryer and a full kitchen available. The hot tub and suana is an added bonus.

Tom’s place was perfect for our weekend ski trip! Looked just like the pictures. Clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The view was incredible and you can’t beat the gorgeous view and proximity to Heavenly’s NV ski bases. He and his team were very helpful and responsive. Would stay again and highly recommend!

It is truly a beautiful place . Made it a magical Xmas for us. Perfect setting and the home is gorgeous. It’s right next to the gondola and connected to the ritz . Easy access for everything :) Kate is awesome to work with :)

Very private & comfortable home for our group of 6 and 2 dogs. Easy on-demand shuttle to & from Northstar Ski Resort. The kitchen was well-equipped with the basic spices/oils, serving plates, pots/pans of all sizes which made it easy to cook meals at home. Fireplace with firewood in the garage was so nice on cold, snowy days. In addition to skiing, we hiked the Tomkins Memorial trail with the dogs which was across the street from the house. Comms were top-notch! Can wait to stay again!

We had the most amazing time in Renee’s beautiful cottage with the best view and location. Clear instructions and very responsive to all my queries.

Great spot to stay. nice and quiet but still close to spots out in South Lake. Easy parking situation and great that it was dog friendly.

Great spot. Beautiful view, quiet, out of the way yet centrally located around trails, lake, minutes to NV City. Super clean and comfortable. Host so friendly and communicative. Lots of little extras like area recommendations, dog bowls, a bed, and toys for my pup, and the heater was on when we got there late our first night. It was chilly out so it was so nice to go into a warm place. There was even stuff built for a fire ready to go if I wanted. Will definitely return!

Jeff’s place was a great location spot for a big group of 10 adults on a ski trip. Lots of space that we did not feel crowded everyone in their own nook from the kitchen, the living room and hot tub. We appreciate the ample space for 5 cars for parking because not all Airbnb have the luxury when it comes to Lake Tahoe stays. The location for snow resorts Northstar (20 mins), Mt Rose (15 mins) and Heavenly (45mins) was perfect. What I appreciate most outside of the home itself was his transparency and responsiveness.

Our family felt very comfortable. The condo was roomy and very clean. Kitchen had all the amenities. Bedrooms and furniture comfortable. The TV was big and clear screen. Had all the movies we wanted to watch. Fun games for after dinner and a cozy electric fireplace that gave the perfect ambiance. Edward was very responsive.

It is my second time being here. It is a perfect Airbnb for ski trips at Palisades.

Chelsea's home is as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect setting for a quiet birthday celebration for my dad. We all were able to enjoy the lake and the peaceful scenery. The bedrooms were a nice size and the restrooms were clean. The mattress in the main room was a bit too firm for me. I decided to sleep upstairs on one of the softer beds. There are grocery stores 10 minutes out so we utilized the kitchen for most of our meals. The kitchen had everything I needed. The house manual was easy to follow and included some information on pet-friendly beaches which we appreciated since we had our pup with us. I LOVED the private beach access and dock. We had our paddle board and kayak and spent a lot of time in the water. My daughter enjoyed jumping off the dock and making friends with some of the other kids there (not a lot of kids...just the right amount to keep her entertained but not overwhelm me). I hope to make this trip an annual event!
