Anica is a great host! She is very helpful and polite, gaves us clear instructions about surroundings. The place is cozy, quite and comfortable. Center is nearby, like, in 10 minutes walk. Bus station also 10 or 15 minutes walk. On the same street you got a wonderful pekara and a bicycle/pop-culture museum. Oh, and Anica's place have the best wi-fi i ve ever had in Serbia! We've spent a wonderful time! Highly recommended.

This is a very nice and clean house with comfortable furniture, necessary dishes, and all the things we needed. The towels and bathrobes were enough, they were all clean and smelled pleasantly. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare food. The private space is clean and safe for children. The kids were just a bit of a playground. And of course what sets this home apart is the presence of a sauna, which is also clean, comfortable and easy to use. We felt like we were staying with our best friends, where they took care of us, and did everything we needed to rest. Thank you!

We drove 90 minutes from Belgrade to spend a weekend at Kacerski Vrt and had an amazing stay in December. The place was very clean, warm, and welcoming. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the house and loved using the fireplace in the evening. Communication with the host, Marija, was excellent. Thank you for everything! We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the stunning outdoor area as well.
