Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Seobuk-gu

It was a beautiful place to stay at and located very conveniently with many good restaurant in the vicinity! The space was very welcoming, the weather was pretty cold when we were there but the sleeping area was warm and comfortable! Thank you for hosting!

I visited 4 adults, 1 8-month-old baby, and 2 dogs ~ I like the acquaintances who visited with me, and the host is very kind! The room or kitchen was clean and the towels were clean ~ It's a house with a sense of use, but the owner took good care of it, so it was very comfortable to stay ~ It's close to places to see nearby, so I recommend the house with children:) We had a good rest before heading out.☺️

Jinkyu's house is beautiful, very nice, it's too beautiful and quiet. It's great for walking with the family and they make you great meals, I totally recommend it.

It was really nice. The unique👍 structure that the villa has and the antique props and interior add to the owner's sensibility, so it's much prettier in real life than in the photos. You can take a life shot anywhere!! The highball and Vienna coffee you make at the bar were so delicious, and they were so kind and welcoming that we didn't feel overwhelmed at all. It was close to the sea and recommended restaurants, so I came with a lot of good memories to remember. I😁 hope that many people will stay in a good place because it is preserved for a long time.🙏

Great location, about 5 mins from Hongik Uni station. The apartment has everything, even skincare provided! Host was very responsive to msges too! Highly recommend!

It was spacious, so we were the only ones using it in a pleasant and empty shopping mall, so I really didn't have to worry about the noise.

Host was very friendly, nice and responsive. the place and its view was amazing too. Loved the outdoor fireplace which the host made it super easy to use. definitely a must stay if you are planning to visit this area.

It was my first trip with my family, so I thought about the end and chose it, and I was so satisfied! You can use the large number of people at no additional cost, and the space is more spacious than what you see in the photos, so I had a comfortable stay. Next time, I want to stay a little longer in the summer!

It was nice to have excellent access to transportation. And I was able to watch YouTube and various otts clearly on a free and big screen.

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

I was looking for a place to stay in a hurry, and I happened to stay, and it was the best place to stay!! It was so clean, the blankets were nice, the interior was pretty, the scent was good, and it was really good... I'll definitely revisit!!

Brian spoiled us with great services, more than 5 stars hotels. He provided us with welcoming snacks even fruits and simple breakfast for our stays. Complete stocks in the fridge ( milk, bread, jams, butter, cheese etc) fruits and even eggs! Don't forget instant ramen 😊 and the coffee, so can enjoy simple breakfast and food if you to lazy to go out and just wanna chill at home. Great and clean home, cozy bed and modern kitchen. The living room very homy with beautiful view as seen on the pictures. There's a day that seoul showered with raining all day, we just spent time chillin in the house, very warm and relaxing. There is nearby mini market in front of the gate, but with all supplies provided, you don't need to leave the house. Will definitely come back and stay in here when in Seoul

My stay was wonderful! The location is great, in a great neighborhood and very convenient. Airbnb was super clean and well-equipped with washing machine, amazing heating, flat iron, dryer, outlet adapter, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hostess was a lovely person, very attentive and helpful. I'll definitely be back again!

Transportation is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Seoul station to go shopping You can take the bus stop just downstairs Near the house There is a supermarket and coffee shop around the house Clean and tidy The host carefully prepared all kinds of garbage box is nice and will consider staying next time

Great place and experience to stay for a weekend.

We stayed for 4 people and it was nice to be able to sleep spaciously. The accommodation was carefully decorated. Everything I needed was well-stocked. There was a lot of wind in the large room, but I was able to sleep warmly enough if I mobilized the boiler and heater. There was a lot to eat nearby and it was great for gathering. I had a great stay!

The accommodation is very tidy, spacious and nice It's good to see the stars at night, the response is quick, and the equipment is very satisfying.

Location is about 10 minute walk from Hongdae, providing privacy and serenity from the bustling town. Lots of food & shopping options nearby. Convenience store was also within 5 minutes away from the house. The house is on a slope but it is a short one so wasnt that difficult to handle with luggages. Lavender was extremely responsive to queries and scheduling the cleaning services. Amenities such as washed & dryer were big but the settings are in Korean. Since the living room does not have a fan or A/C ventilation is not the best especially after cooking, so light cooking would be recommended. Water pressure was good in both bathrooms and Lavender always provided a surplus of towels.

Nearby accommodations are already full, so I've been looking into Airbnb. I spent 2 nights and 3 days as comfortable as my home. I was worried about what if there were a lot of big bugs that I didn't get hot water before the trip, but I didn't get bitten in one of the mosquitoes. At night, the sound of frogs and the windows were full of green. Especially the meals you took care of for breakfast for two days are very delicious, so I'm still praising them. It's too bad that the time has passed by. The owner who was going to take care of the owners like girls and more.. I'm already curious about the next season. Thank you for a great summer vacation. I'll visit again soon ^ ^
