house was spacious and homely. location was great and is accessible by multiple train station exits. only negative was that there were hair on the bed and pyjamas given. appreciate the access to netflix and the washer in the house! there is also a shared washer and dryer at level one.

The house is located at the end of a particularly narrow alley, which is easy to miss without guidance, but it is not far from the Nishikujo station and it is convenient to wake up early to go to Universal Studios.The house is very quiet and there are many choices of restaurants and convenience stores.The house is especially suitable for families with 2 or more, the stairs are not suitable for elderly with bad legs and legs.The shower head is comfortable, and the shower gel is good.The overall experience was great.Two small suggestions, the sofa on the first floor is too basic, not very comfortable, and when the dryer is working, there is noise on the shelf, I am afraid it will be scattered.

great quiet location and close to lots of supermarkets and train stations

Tony’s a place is fantastic for a small group. Even though we were a group of 3, it is spacious and can easily fit 4-5. I love the simple, functional decor, with all the amenities we needed!! House is warm during winter, most importantly, the floor and shower room is heated. Do note that there are no rooms- beds are on separate levels with curtains, so you can hear everyone. Location is great, <7 mins to the metro stations, and 10-15 mins walk to Umeda shopping area. Love that there’s a supermarket just behind so it’s super convenient. Tony is an amazing host, and went above and beyond as a host. We arrived close to midnight and were received by his wife and shown the house. Tony is always reachable by text throughout the trip and even offered to send us to the bus station. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka!

Kiki and her family went above and beyond to host us. Kiki always responded to our questions promptly and even provided us with a list of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We felt very welcomed by a sweet message at the front entryway and a delicious snack that they gifted us. Kiki also provided easy-to-follow directions for everything, which made us feel right at home! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Osaka!

If you want a convenient，neat， and peaceful place to stay in Osaka， this is the place you wanna select！Reiken san is very helpful and responsive. There are also some good restaurants around. Overall a very good choice for travellers in group of families to stay.

Thank you for having our family - our boys enjoyed this home away from home a lot, makes it a bit challenge to leave the house for our itinerary :P Chad has been so responsive and helpful with all our unexpected scenarios. If you are planning to stay here, my tips would be check out the Hanazono Onsen (花園溫泉), they offer free shuttle from the station, very accessible and great onsen experience. The Hanazono Central Park (花園中央公園) has a huge playground for kids, it was great fun and not too crowded over the weekend.

Tatsu’s place was great. Perfect for what we needed as a family of four. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids got a bedroom each. It was close the the train station, convenience stores and a few good restaurants and a quick ride to Universal Studios. Tatsu was a great host, giving excellent instructions with pictures to help find the place, as it’s on some narrow little lane ways. Communication was fast friendly and very clear. There is enough room for 10 people to sleep comfortably. The kitchen dining area is smallish but we didn’t spend much time there really, we were out and about most of the time. The bathroom with beautiful bath was great!! Definitely the highlight of the property. We’d definitely stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Yoshihiro was excellent with communication and very helpful. We received a lovely welcome note and basket of treats. The apartment is spacious with two tables to sit at and a kotatsu which my adult children loved. The kitchen has everything you need although we ate out as there are many restaurants to choose from. There is a nice Nepalese / Indian restaurant close by. There are stairs up to the property and inside, which everywhere in Japan tend to be steeper than the UK. The apartment was clean and tidy and had different towels available, the bedding, (December) was very cosy. The area around is modern with excellent pavements and there are several rail stations close by, JR Shin-Osaka is around a 15 minute walk and we used another closer station about 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the Osaka area.

The location is good, I go back every day through Kuromon Market, I can buy some food to take back, it's really convenient; the surrounding environment is very quiet, but it's not too far from Namba, so it's convenient to want to go shopping, it's a good place to get quiet. The host was very nice, the communication was timely, the information was very careful and timely, and we prepared a New Year gift when we checked in, which was very heartwarming. The room is very clean, fully equipped, and it is very comfortable for two people; it should be said that the size of this room in Japan is not small, good value for money. If I go to Osaka again, I think I will still choose it.

The premises is close to Dotombori shops, quieter end of Dotombori, A bit of a walk away from Namba station but well worth it given the distance to the main shopping area. Bi was great, he personally attend to us when we arrive, I think he does that to everyone, we felt welcome. The house is spacious in Osaka’s airbnb standard, just right enough for a family of four (two teenagers).

I like Ryoto’s place. It’s cute and functional. As a female travel alone, I also feel very safe. You have to make your own bed, which is very interesting. Closed to all kinds of amenities. This is my only Airbnb experience in Japan, I’m impressed with the amount of thought people put into the layout.
