Great location and very tidy and nice apartment.The indoor temperature is right, and the room is very artistic.Check in and out was easy and the host was very communicative and responsive! It was great!

The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

Nicola's place fully reflects photos and descriptions: new, clean, and comfortable. It is located in an area surrounded by every service, within walking distance of the sea and a short walk from the center. Nicola was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very positive experience, the welcome was very pleasant and explanatory, we were offered support and explanations necessary to fully enjoy the accommodation. We had the dog with us and there was also the ideal context for him, although we always preferred not to leave it free given the large open spaces. The accommodation is located 40/60 min from all the places we were interested in seeing (Gubbio, Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi, Cascata delle Marmore, Todi and many others) and it was an exciting tour. Returning home and being in the absolute peace and quiet was top of mind. Highly recommended!

Massimo confirms himself a responsive, courteous, very hospitable and available host. The location is very clean, strategically located between the sea and the station, easy and convenient to reach. The sofa bed is comfortable, both the bathroom and the kitchen have all the essentials. The living room was comfortable and there is a large balcony. Upon arrival, Massimo even made us find some drinks, sweets, and refreshment coffee from the trip. To stay in Rimini, I highly recommend referring to him!

We had the MOST amazing stay in Ancona thanks to Maria & Michele, we had to be there for visiting the hospital in Ancona, both of them were a pair of the most amazing human beings we've ever met!! I will FOREVER be thankful with them for the peace they brought to us!! ❤️✨☺️

Fausto's house is very high quality, garden, terrace, parking,everything there. Very quiet . He is very nice and helpful. We were there with bikes,and explored the beautiful surroundings and beaches. We'd love to come back

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully furnished. The garden was great and especially enjoyed the children. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super tasty fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was okay - a really great service. If we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

clean and cozy house just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really spacious. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly made us find access when we arrived. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment within walking distance of the sea... we stayed with our cats. The house is comfortable to reach the promenade and the beach, tidy and clean; equipped with all comforts, from dishwasher to laundry, air conditioning and bicycles, outdoor space and reserved parking space. The welcome basket with snacks and breakfast sweets was very much appreciated. Kindness and availability from the host. We'll definitely be back!

Clean and easy to access beach nice space

The place is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of friends from 6-7 people. The host is extremely willing to answer any questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a quiet weekend. One of the highlights is the balcony view, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Rimini! The apartment was not only beautiful and tastefully decorated, but also sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. Everything was exactly as described and I immediately felt comfortable. I want to highlight the landlady who was just great. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and was always available for any questions or concerns throughout my stay. Communication was straightforward from the beginning and she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The location of the apartment is ideal to explore Rimini, and also the proximity to the beach is a big plus. I would definitely come back and would highly recommend this place. Wonderful accommodation: impeccable cleanliness, ample availability of dishes and accessories, air conditioning in all rooms and large and well-maintained garden. Possibility to access the beaches directly on foot in about 15 minutes, both equipped and free beaches. Inside the listing area there is a bar, a children's pool, one for adults, and a tennis/soccer court. We had a great time and will return if possible in the future.

We came on vacation in Conero, and we couldn't choose better!! The most famous beaches within a 15-minute drive… Mr. Vincenzo and his wife Silvana are very kind and thoughtful, the house is extremely clean !!! Super equipped kitchen There is everything you need for cooking and dishwasher included!! Two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms, large living room and more the outdoor space in the garden equipped with a barbecue. We really appreciated the gifts they gave us when we arrived, homemade products. And then they offered us a great homemade pasta dinner by them with fresh fish. What can I say... Highly recommended!!!!
