60 m2 apartment on the mezzanine floor with 1 bedroom with double bed, large kitchen-cum-living-room with double sofa bed and pellet stove, plus a bathroom with bathtub, underfloor heating and a view of the magnolia tree. 100-year-old ship floors, comfortable sofas and reading chairs, flat screen TV with satellite connection and DVD player as well as a selection of classic films for rainy evenings. Sauna and use of the garden included. Kitchen with all appliances. The one with the pink sofa!

Cozy apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room (couch can be used as a double bed), a room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Supermarkets, pharmacy, drugstore, gas station doctor etc. in the immediate vicinity. The train station can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna and Baden. The center of Mödling is about 700 meters away.
