Holiday rentals with a patio in Selwyn District

The place was wonderful- cute little spot close by Mt Hutt and Methven. Quiet area with beautiful mountain and field views. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need including a microwave which wasn’t shown in photos. Super easy to check in and had clear instructions from the host. Would come back for future winter holidays!

Great apartment and handy walking to centre of town. The apartment had everything we needed, was warm, functional and very cosy. The beds were super comfy and a good nights sleep was had by all. Thoroughly recommend.

Peaceful, beautiful location. The studio is luxurious and delightfully decorated, with everything we needed being available. Perfect base for a day trip to see the magnificent whales at Kaikoura. Rangiora is only a few minutes drive away. Hope to stay again one day!

The stay at Bevan’s place was great. Exactly as described. The spa pool was a great addition and lovely to relax in at the end of the day sightseeing. We played table tennis a few times too, which was fun. The place is very clean and tidy and well appointed. Bevan is super responsive to messages, we had no issues during our stay, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Chch, even if on a business trip, as there was a lovely office space upstairs. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The neighbours were quiet and considerate, and the off-street parking was a huge plus since we had a rental car. I utilised most of the appliances in the apartment, and they all worked flawlessly. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Would happily book this in the future and the key reasons would be because of how wonderful the hosts were!

My group of friends and I had such a good stay at Graham’s! The outdoor area and couches were perfect for the hot weather. Heaps of crockery, all the appliances in the kitchen were in great condition, and the place was kitted out with pretty much everything you could need. The neighbourhood was super quiet and felt safe at night! Graham was very accommodating to our needs and requests.
