A bungalow furnished with attention to the details in a very idyllic location. The kitchen is very well equipped (lots of spices, almost all cooking utensils, etc.). A highlight was the jacuzzi, which invites you to relax! Marcel and Ria are both very kind and friendly personalities who are open to questions. A tiny shortcoming: In the winter, the bungalow cools down quickly, so you have to heat all the time. But Marcel and Ria are aware of this and on arrival they have already turned on the pellet stove warmly.

The space was perfect for a few quiet winter days in nature.

Vera and Ellen informed us about everything in time and were very friendly. The living room with the sofas in front of the gas fireplace is very cozily furnished, the kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is nice. Everything was very clean. The beds are also great, you can sleep great in them. The outdoor facilities are well maintained and appealing, the location quiet, but still close to Steenwijk or to the highway if you want to do something. Everything is really very good except for the fact that you have almost no space for your clothes. But we got that sort of sort and wasn't crucial. We can highly recommend this apartment!

We stayed at Dennis’ house with 5 people and were completely delighted. From the really prompt and helpful communication to the many features you'll find in the house - perfect for a weekend with friends, even if the weather isn't the best! The highlight of the house is definitely the large couch landscape incl. Fridge and the huge TV, the billiard room and the hot tub. Ample parking is also available in the driveway. So, quickly finish reading and then book!

Our stay at Maarten's place was fantastic! The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Maarten and Ilse were amazing hosts, always responsive to our msgs. They ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The house is nestled by a serene lakeside, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. It was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, bikes, relaxing chairs by the lake. The thoughtful touches truly stood out, like the beautiful Christmas decorations with a charming tree and lovely lighting added to the festive atmosphere. We loved spotting the adorable Big duck family and squirrels near the property and enjoyed a wonderful bike ride through the forest trail, where we saw deers, horses and rabbits. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re so grateful for this experience and would love to stay here again in the future! Highly recommended for a peaceful and memorable family getaway.

We had a very nice and cozy time and enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. Ellen is really a sweet and attentive host, very nice! The location on the water is also worth 100 points. We will probably come back!

Beautiful setting. Hosts were lovely and very kind. We had a warm welcome and enjoyed our Christmas in this peaceful and quiet cottage.

What a nice place to stay with our son! The accommodation has all the comforts, and the children have also been thought of. Nearby, everything can be experienced within a short distance, which made it an ideal stay for us to discover the area. Both Geert and Irene were easy to reach, and very friendly hosts. I can definitely recommend the place!

Had a nice stay in this apartment in Borkum. The place is clean and tidy. Everything is very new. The kitchenette has 2 electric hotplates: these are not very fast (heating up something just wants) . Everything else is available in the kitchen! The location of the apartment is very nice. You are within walking distance of shops, restaurants, spas, etc. You can also walk to the sea (about 10 minutes). We will definitely come back on this beautiful island!
