Beach house holiday rentals in Seaside Park

We loved our stay at Theresa’s place. Loaded up our stroller and walked straight down street and onto boardwalk!! A couple of cheesesteak/fast service food spots on the way! Closer to the bay side so nice and quiet as it is away from the night life bars and discos of seaside heights! Perfect for a getaway with little ones!

We really enjoyed our stay!! Stephan was very responsive and accommodating. His place was very well organized and had a homey feel to it. It’s also by the beach, which is walkable. Everything was better than expected and it was simply a perfect place to stay. 10/10! Would stay there again!

This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We had very high expectations based on the description, pictures and reviews. Everything was Franky outstanding. In addition, George and his wife showed an extraordinary combination of availability and kindness when we contacted them. A terrific place snd and a terrific host!!!

Sleeping with the window open and hearing the waves lapping on the beach was something I’ve longed for…and this spot had exactly that. Right on the sand with whales breaching in the distance, eating bunker while surf casters caught striped bass within eye shot of my bed, was incredible.

Joseph was AMAZING! He allowed an early check in for my family and I. He also was so kind enough to order pizzas for my family because the internet was out through no fault of his own. I will definitely be renting from him again!

Me and my Fiance (now wife) booked this house for our wedding weekend. Keith was an absolutely incredible host! He communicated effectively and quickly. The house was absolutely beautiful. My wife and her bridal party had plenty of room to get ready on the morning of our wedding while getting their hair and makeup done. They even took gorgeous photos outside in the beautiful backyard. The house was not only beautiful, but it was very clean! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable!! The pool was amazing, and we were able to enjoy a nice extended weekend stay after our big day, like a mini honeymoon vacation. We absolutely love Asbury Park and we travel there frequently, however in recent visits all of the local hotels have been extremely disappointing and overpriced. When we found this house hosted by Keith, we knew it was meant to be for our special weekend and it was more than we could have ever hoped for! 10/10 recommend! 5 stars all around! We will book again

Among the best experiences I’ve ever had on Airbnb. The place was absolutely beautiful. It was right on the water, minutes away from the Jersey shore and absolutely stunning. Scoop this place up asap!!

Austin’s place was a lifesaver when another house we booked fell through last minute. He responded immediately to my question about same day availability and let us check in early. House was clean and provided everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

Jaime's place was an absolute unexpected gem in Asbury Park! In the middle of the city, it feels luxurious, and looks like a great deal of work was put into making the home a very comfortable stay. She has great pride in her home, and it is clear Jaime has taken great lengths to offer everything you could want. We stayed during Christmas and were able to prepare a wonderful dinner in the full kitchen without a need for anything (dishes, utensils, appliances etc). I am very selective about where I stay because cleanliness is very important to me. This home hits all the boxes in that area!! The linen was pristine and the bathrooms were above and beyond in care. We did not get to take advantage of the beautiful backyard amenities given the season, but we can't wait to do so when we return. When an unforeseen issue arose, Jaime was responsive. She and the property manager worked to troubleshoot and resolve the concern to our satisfaction as timely as possible. We will be back.

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Great space for 4 adults and a dog. So close to the beach and restaurants. Would stay again.

Mike was a great host from answering questions prior to the booking, prior to check in and prior to check out. I grew up in this area all my life and moved south sonI was very familiar with the area. We stayed over the Xmas holiday as we visited relatives for the holiday. One of my criteria was to have an elevator for my 85 year old mother in-law, Mikes property offered that and it was a game saver! I would recommend this location and property to anyone! Top notch all the way!

The Creamcake house was absolutely perfect for us! Had everything we needed! Towels, beach toys, wagon, umbrella plus all the inside goodies. Catherine & Scott were extremely nice and accommodating. They setup a slip & slide and baby pool for our toddler before arrival. That was such a sweet touch. The house was amazing and walkable to not only everything in ocean grove but also Bradley beach & Asbury park. This gave us many options of things to do and restaurants. Our friends with their toddler stayed a few days and it didn’t feel at all cramped with 4 adults and 2 littles. Overall I’d highly recommend the place! Our daughter said she wanted to live in the pink house forever. It was a hard goodbye. Thank you for everything & being great hosts!

Our group was two couples. You could tell the house was freshly renovated, and it looked great. It was clean and exactly what we were expecting. The location was very close and walkable to many different restaurants and stores. Highly recommend for groups like ours. Thanks!

What a great house! You can feel the breezy beach vibes of this house as soon as you walk in. The energy is friendly and cheerful as the place invites you to join in the joy of everyone who's stayed there before. The whole house wants you to relax and have a laugh and a cool drink with friends and family.

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.
