Beach condo holiday rentals in Seaside

Great location ! Very family friendly spot. Rooms were clean and living area is great for a family get away ! There are some restrictions with COVID, but definitely located in a great spot to enjoy the beach and amenities ! Looking forward to the summer to get down there again !

Perfect little place for a weekend getaway to the coast. The beach is only steps away. Pristine and well furnished. The kitchen was fantastic!! Linens were spotless and good quality. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book this place again!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was quiet, safe, super clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved being able to walk right out the door to the beach. Although this unit has no views to the outside from the bedrooms, views of the ocean from our living room window and balcony were incredibly lovely and we could see the sunset every night. We loved Wanda’s a few towns over for coffee and breakfast - worth the drive! We would definitely return for a visit in the future.

A perfect beachside place to stay with a gorgeous view of the ocean! Very homey & clean, with everything you need for a vacation. Comfortable furniture & a cozy fireplace. Kitchen was well equipped. Happy to find a place that does not allow dogs. Very quiet, too, except for the sound of the ocean--which is lovely! We would definitely stay here again.

At first I was a little skeptical on the location …. But once arriving those thoughts went out the door , this was our families first time visiting the Oregon coast and it hit the nail on the head . From sea shell hunting along miles of beach , to exploring the outdoor . Local shops were all friendly and awesome to walk around ! Will definitely be bringing my family back !!

My wife and I stayed for a week in Vacasa’s apartment, in different locations, Newport and Rockaway beach, for our short escape during the Christmas week. I will super recommend Vacasa’s place to any of you travelers! The price and place are definitely worth. The cleanliness is 10/10. And as a special note: we traveled when it was a storm and power outage in the area. But, Vacasa gave us very fast response about the update and provided us the emergency lamp as well.

Brian was a friendly and welcoming host. My husband and I wanted a weekend getaway to the beach. This place stood out because of the great reviews and location. You can see the ocean from the condo which was the highlight of our stay. The condo was homey, clean, and spacious. I highly recommend staying here!

Communication with Vicki was first-rate. I appreciated her responsiveness, especially during that crazy storm that knocked power out and made our first night very uncertain (until power came on). Very walkable location. It was great to have a really dog-friendly place to wait out crazy weather!!!

Lovely little condo right on the beach. Debbie was very responsive and so kind to communicate with. We had an enjoyable experience in Rockaway and would definitely recommend this cute little condo for a trip away.

I loved my stay! Everything was just as described. I liked that the kitchen and small living space were separated from the bedroom and bathroom. Absolutely loved the ocean view from BOTH sets of windows! The location is perfect for walking the promenade to all the tourist shops and walking to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend abd hope to return!

Sand Dollar Shores condo was super nice, clean, and comfortable with a great view of the dunes and beach. And dog friendly. Close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants, but far enough from the thicker crowds. Easy walk to the mouth of the estuary. King bed (!) and cozy living area with big kitchen made for a nice peaceful stay.

This is our second time staying at this property for Thanksgiving and it’s definitely our favorite. There are so many thoughtful details around the home that make the stay very cozy and comfortable. Not to mention the great proximity to a very beautiful beach. Everything about this stay is wonderful and I highly recommend.

Ideal location, just far enough off the main road to be quiet and private but a short walk to the restaurants and stores. The road to the beach is right next door, it took about 10 minutes to walk to the boardwalk. Nice setup for families with bunk bed and bathroom downstairs and a separate bedroom and bathroom off the kitchen and living room. The place is spotless with good wifi, smart TVs in the living room and main bedroom and an assortment of games. Check in and check out were easy, I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was just as pictured in the listing. It was close to the boardwalk and you could be on the beach in seconds. My only knock would be the tight quarters in the kitchen and in the bathroom. If someone were a large person and especially if they were with another person, it may be pretty difficult to navigate. My wife and I bumped into each other several times coming in and going out and when using the kitchen and the bathroom. But we’d stay there again without hesitation ourselves.

Rachel made everything easy - clear directions and check-in procedures. This place is exactly as shown and described and probably the best appointed place where I have ever stayed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room was comfy and warm, and the bedrooms had great beds and nice linens. Bathrooms had everything one might possibly need. The trail to the beach is nearby and a short walk. Nothing is lacking. It takes a lot of thought and care to create such a wonderful getaway and as a result, Rachel’s place is extraordinary. We will definitely return. My only regret is that we can’t give more than 5 stars. Thank you, Rachel!

Magical place with ocean view and walking distance to restaurants, stores and of course the beach! Friendly host with fast response, my fam was visiting overseas and we enjoyed the beauty of Manzanita :) I'm so glad we chose to stay here! Can't wait to come back soon.

The view is amazing and the location is great for wandering around Seaside. The front desk was extremely kind. It was really nice to have a cozy fire at night. Thank you!

The view is spectacular! The condo is right on the beach with easy walking access to the Seaside Prom only 1 block away. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. This condo unit was recently remodeled very nicely and had all equipment and supplies we needed in the kitchen. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We will return! Thanks for a great stay.

The place was small but comfortable. The pictures and description were accurate. Location was right next to the beach access point.

Great location, surprisingly quiet, everything we needed for a multi-generational family get away.

Everything I wanted. Could easily walk to the beach or restaurants. Or downtown. We were there for a soccer tournament and it was great. Close to the fields and fun things to do on our down time.
