What a beautiful home and location. I visited with my family for my birthday and Natasha's place was so warm and welcoming. It's so nice to visit an Airbnb and have the small everyday items needed such as shower gel and cooking oil there and Natasha had even provided some essentials such as butter, bread, milk, biscuits and chocolates. We checked out a few minutes after check out and met the lady who was cleaning and she was so lovely and kind too. A beautiful home and a beautiful person, thank you Natasha for an excellent unforgettable birthday.

What a fantastic house with the most friendly host - Angela could not have been more welcoming ahead of our stay in her lovely home. We booked this house for a New Years Eve getaway with some friends and it was just perfect in every way, brilliant location, superbly kitted out and squeaky clean. Angela went above and beyond leaving us some welcome treats on arrival and sharing local recommendations for restaurants/pubs etc. The house itself is gorgeous and clearly a lot of love has gone into the renovations. Overall a brilliant experience and would highly recommend to others, many thanks Angela for your incredible hospitality! Kamila x

We enjoyed a delightful winter break in Ruth’s house. There’s lots to do in Margate - good food & great walks etc. - and the house is very well located for accessing all the town has to offer. The house is full of character and has all that you need for a comfortable stay.

Hi perfect location within the seaside town of Deal, literally seconds from the beach and the highstreet, with a wonderful selection of bars/restaurants. Claire, the coffee machine wasn't working, it leaked water everywhere, wasn't sure if you were aware of this. Other than that, the house was great, massive choice of DVD's, few games, and nice touches like dishwasher tablets/tea/coffee and a pint of milk on arrival :-). Will be back xx

We booked Richard's place for a company engineering offsite and the group absolutely loved it. The location was perfect with easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the sea. The house itself was lovely, spacious and had comfy beds. All around a great place to stay!

We had a lovely break and would certainly stay here again. The flat is great and the location perfect with the beach, bars and restaurants all very close. Susan and Jo were great hosts, providing us with all the information we needed and being really responsive. Would absolutely recommend.

Very spacious. The location is great! The outdoor bbq provision was perfect for our freshly picked oysters from the nearby beach. I would recommend this place.

Really recommend. Location is great for the beach and walkable to Westgate which has loads of amazing independent food venues and shops. Ate so well!! Our host was really helpful and had great local knowledge and recommendations. The property was spacious, really nice and clean. Our kids (7 & 4) loved playing on the mezzanine and enjoyed having access to some toys and games. It was a really nice stay!

A delightful cosy cabin with sea views from the front terrace. We loved the holiday park facilities and the fact you could walk to the Zetland Arms pub on the beach in 5 minutes!

Home away from home lovey in a great area, whitstable on one side Herne bay on the other. This would be the perfect get away in the summer.

Excellent stay - very large & spacious! The game room was a hit for adults & kids! The two kitchens were very useful too. Can't wait to come back in the summer and make the most of the large lawn & pool!

We had the absolute best weekend staying at Beacon House. The house is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are all huge and everything was of a high standard. The house felt very homelike and the bedrooms were of hotel standard. Lovely touches like everyone having their own towels provided, toiletries in all the bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We all loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The views from the terrace are stunning, the house has a really warm family feel but it’s so spacious that no one was on top of each other. We could all come together in the living room and play games with room to spare. Thankyou to these lovely hosts for letting us borrow their home for the weekend, we will definitely make a return trip as we all just loved it.

Fabulous house! Light, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with a few nice looking restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing a few of us commented on was the showers were a bit temperamental temperature wise and parking for just one car was a bit on an inconvenience but realistically not much anyone can do about that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Broadstairs!

We all had a lovely time in this large chalet by the seaside! The area was really pleasant, the accommodation was to a good standard, the amount of toys etc accessible to the kids was excellent - being winter we were indoors mostly when not exploring - and it was generally a great family spot to stay.

We had an amazing time at Mark and Sonya's place! It's beautiful, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely reccomend.

We had the best time staying at Ben’s place. We’ve visited Margate many times and this place just topped off a great NYE visit. The place was even better than the photos and we felt at home immediately. The art and decor was stunning, beautiful design whilst also feeling cosy. Would love to visit again in the future. Thank you so much for such a great break!

We (group of 8 friends) had a great stay in Otter's Hatch/annex add-on (seven bedrooms). The place is full of charm and is well-equipt. It's a literal stones-throw from the spotless beach, so we took breakfast there each morning (folding chairs provided in the house). The whole experience was easy, relaxing and we all fell a little bit in love with Deal's many charms! Thanks Mary-Jo!
