Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Seagrove Beach

Melinda and I really enjoyed our stay at Santa Rosa Beach! Our host, Emily took excellent care to have the house ready for our arrival and was very responsive to answer questions after arrival. The house was everything we hoped for and are looking forward to returning. This was a vacation / working retreat for us and the house was the perfect for what we needed. It was quiet which allowed us to focus on business planning but also close to some very nice beaches when work was over, and we wanted to relax. Temperatures were a little cool from the winter snow that fell a few days before we arrived, so we utilize the exterior amenities this trip. However, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the exterior when we return. Thank you, Emily, for making our trip something we will always remember! Danny & Melinda

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

Great place for a family getaway in Panama City. Four bedrooms with two master suites gives the home a great setup. Close to tons of restaurants, fun activities, beaches, and a great grocery store (Publix). Nice pool in the backyard as well.

My family and I came here to spend Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our stay! The place was so nice and very clean. We had all the necessary items needed to prepare and have a great meal. The beds were very comfortable. This is a very spacious home, and we loved being close to the beach! Also, there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and etc for us to enjoy a nice beach day.

It’s been one of our favorite places to stay at so far. If you’re a tourist, they have great recommendations such as restaurants, family friendly activities, night life, etc. We also took our fur babies and they had such a great time playing in the backyard. House was super clean and spacious. Check in was easy. Overall, great house, experience, and hostesses.

This place was absolutely amazing! The location was spectacular, walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. I’ve truly never seen a cleaner air bnb. The space was so big, a ton of room! Melissa was an excellent host and answered any questions that I had promptly! I had to extend my stay due to the recent snowstorm that Destin had, and she was extremely welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Honestly the couch was probably the best part about the place, I didn’t even pull out the bed because it was just SO COMFORTABLE, me and my friends that stayed ended up falling asleep on the couch a bunch of times because it was just that good. The place was really clean and the area is beautiful and close to everything, I almost messaged the host to see if I could pay extra to stay longer because the place was that amazing. The host always checked in on us and made sure we were always good and they’re really nice and lovely people to talk to. 10/10 experience

We were displaced by hurricane Milton during our vacation and reached out to Nina for the booking to check in same day. She was super responsive and we were able to check right in as soon as we arrived to Panama City Beach. The condo is beautiful! Excellent view of the ocean from the balcony and plenty of room and amenities! Thank you!

Great stay. Been to this hotel many times but this room and Michelle were the best I’ve had along with a very reasonable price. She was very fast to respond and help. And she definitely saved our trip by finding a lost item for us. We will definitely be back!

The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the beach and restaurants near by. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!
