Amazing Seabright Beach Cottage

Classic and sweet Santa Cruz cottage. This is literally our Grandma's beach house. 3 bedroom home that is 2 doors away from one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz. 2 queen bedrooms upstairs and 1 full downstairs. Could be described as "shabby chic" but we see it as the adorable original rustic vacation house it was built as and has been its whole 130 years. The kitchen is updated but maintains it's old charm. The rest (aside from the addition of indoor plumbing) is still pretty much the same.

Lovely 1000 Sq. ft. Cottage in the heart of wine country. A 400 sq. ft. delightful back patio with fire pit, full kitchen and bathroom makes this the perfect home away from home. Amenities include queen bed, wifi, TV's, fire place, & parking. We are a live winery and have wine tasting the first Sat & 3rd Weekend of every month from 11:30-4:30. We usually have live music, wine tasting is in the same vicinity as the Cottage. When your stay is on those weekends you get a comp tasting for two.

Glass fireplace in the living room and bedroom, skylight over the bed with blackout shade. Pet friendly. :) Hiking up the hill with a disc golf course. Play 5 baskets up the hill, 4 back, then repeat. More recreation to come...please give us your ideas.
