Astrid is a charming woman and we found her place ideal for our post Xmas lunch. The facilities eg swimming pool, pool table etc were very popular. Would definitely come again.

The house is huge and great for big groups! There are 2 fridge freezers, and 2 dishwashers and the kitchen has plenty of cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils for all guests! There are plenty of spaces within the house (sitting room, lounge room, study, upstairs sitting room, balconies etc) that allow for personal space which is a great option with so many people under the one roof. It is across the road from the beach and breezes throughout the property are fabulous. The team were very responsive to any questions and got back to us straight away when we had a question about the house. I would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Laura’s place. So peaceful and relaxing being close to nature. The house, garden and pool were exactly as described, so clean and tidy. My biggest surprise was NO spiders! This was huge for me, especially living in the bush. I was so impressed at how clean both inside and outside this place was. Beds were super comfy, house was big, everything you could want in a home away from home. I cannot speak highly enough of this Airbnb property.

This is a great family home with lots of space even for a large family, it has nice gardens and great little pool with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to 3 supermarkets, cinema and lots of different restaurants. It is also in an ideal location for driving to the beach, in just 5 minutes, and to Joondalup Lakeside Mall, plus easy access to the freeway and coastal road.

Stayed there for 6 nights with my husband, 4 sons and 3 daughter in laws. Excellent location for us to visit our Australian friends at burns beach. very well equipped. The boys loved the pool and the BBQ. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

We loved our stay at "The Beach House". The views were spectacular and one immediately feels relaxed with Hamptons decor and everything one can wish for in terms of amenities and location. Thank you Louise!

Thanks Joyce for hosting us in what turned out to be a very hot week in January (44C - yikes). Even with those extreme temperatures we were comfortable with the ducted aircon during the day. Given its location the evenings were pleasant and cooled by the seabreeze. The house is very spacious and comfortable for the 6 adults our party had. The beds are comfortable and the living and entertainment areas were popular. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of everything we needed. We also hosted a dinner for 17 a couple of evenings without any hassles at all. The house is very well located with walkable nearby grocery stores at Alkimos and a short drive to plenty more just South in Butler. Thanks again for a wonderful residence to stay at and the great communication and welcome on arrival.

We had a great weekend with family and friends

Great location. A few minor issues on check in, however the host was super responsive. Very clean house and met basic needs for a comfortable stay. Would benefit from some additional cookware, smart TV and/or some shade in the court yard to be able to enjoy the space more. Would happily stay again.

This was the perfect place for a few days away with extended family - 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Lots of space, and very clean and tidy. The upstairs front lounge room is very comfortable, has an amazing view and we spent most of our time there when not at the beach! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We opted to pay for linen to be supplied and this was clean with plenty of towels supplied for the group. Vince was very easy to deal with. We would definitely book again!

Amazing place, ended up enjoying it so much we add on a few days onto our trip. Can’t wait to come back same time next year

So many ammenities! Such a gorgeous place, aircon was amazing for the hottest weekend in a while!

We had a fantastic stay at this house, which offered a wide range of games and activities that kept our kids thoroughly entertained. The only minor drawbacks were the beds, which were a bit too soft, and the pillows, which were slightly too high. If you're particularly fussy about your bedding, you may want to consider bringing your own pillows. Additionally, we recommend bringing extra dishwashing tablets and toilet rolls, especially for larger groups like ours (we were a party of ten and found the supplied amounts to be insufficient.

Beautiful cottage with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Cottage and garden are beautifully presented. Tranquil setting and close to the beach. The ideal beach cottage!

Great spot. The host was very accommodating and communicated very well. Beautiful house with lots of character and things to keep us and our kids entertained throughout our stay.

The house was absolutely perfect, it was clean, spacious and smelt lovely. Bec and Darren were amazing hosts with perfect communication with nice little extra touches such as drinks on arrival and allowing an earlier check in. The accomodation is so close to the train station, a nice park across the road, takeaways within walking distance and short distance to shops as well. We would definitely stay again.

Great house and location to the beach, caravan park and river estuary. Scott the host provided very clear instructions and was responsive to any queries.

We had the privilege to stay at Florence & Fungai’s place. We had just arrived in Perth as we had emigrated from the Uk, my wife was starting work in Joondalup hospital, we honestly couldn't of asked for a better place to start our Australian journey so convenient for us to set up Banks, phones, driving licenses ect and has Lakeside Joondalup ( shopping centre ) a short walk away along with the beautiful lake, a couple of parks nice coffee shops and supermarkets and only 10 minutes to the coast. The house was perfect with plenty of space for me my wife and 2 children, and had air conditioning in all the bedrooms and main living area for a comfortable stay, private garden with outdoor dinning set was perfect for our meals throughout the day and a big double garage to offer off road parking. Over all we couldnt asked for anything better, highly recommended. Thank you The King Family

Beyond 5 stars hospitality. Elizabeth tried to assist in anyway she could to cater our needs. Beautiful older style house, very comfortable beds, lots of sunlight and breeze coming through, truly feel the beach vibes. Just like in pictures. She arranged for portacot for our little human (even though we didn't get to use it) and delivered high chair too! big backyard out the back for our little human to run around, walkable distance to the lagoon.Elizabeth recommended local cafe and restaurants nearby. Only missing the internet where it was still on the check in details where in fact missing,but not a big deal for us. The amenities listed were spot on and MORE! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend her place to others.
