Host and location was great.

We were very happy with the apartment we stayed in. The house was very clean. Mr. Harun explained everything very nicely, we had no difficulty at all. One of the things that made us happy was that the bed and couches were very comfortable. It was also a great location. Looking forward to seeing you again.

We spent a nice weekend with three families in total 9 adults and one dog, Mr. Adnan showed a lot of interest and attention, and provided the necessary information and guidance very well. We had a comfortable rental as much as in our own home, especially with the facilities for a crowded organization like us. Since our rental period is in November, our concerns about heating are not previously used as of the first entrance, although it may be a little scary, we did not have any problems with heating until the end of our travel plan with the additional heaters and stove in the rooms. The garden was a barbecue and especially for our dog. As a result of an expectation that we can be together in a beautiful friendship environment with all my sincerity, all the participants left the place happily and happily With love

The owner was very friendly, he helped a lot , always answer and nice person , The apartment is located on a mountain and is surrounded by high stairs, so the elderly and people with special needs should be careful of that. Was a great experience

A beautiful garden, a patio with a magnificent view, a useful kitchen, a spotless bathroom and toilet area , a quiet bedroom If you have a full retreat stop vehicle, you will be much more comfortable. 10 minutes by car everywhere Cleanliness,calmness,peace,nature,sand and sea can promise another holiday. The beach down the house is clean and very pristine business and there are no facilities nearby, there are other bays with businesses nearby.

Although we did not meet Mr. Çağdaş in person, he was a very kind gentleman that I felt in our phone call. The house had a living atmosphere with souvenirs. It made you feel like you came to a relative's house. It was spotless and incomplete. No need to tell us about its location. Thank you for everything, Mr. Çağdaş.

Perfect place for families with kids. Especially the fact that there is lighting in the garden, the sandbox for children and various toys made for children to have a pleasant time. The location of the house is very nice, almost by the sea. The house was quite clean, tidy and had sufficient amenities. I would also like to thank Ms. Hanife. She was very helpful and caring both before and after.

One of the best apartments I ever been in Istanbul, very prime location and best host.

The house has a lot of minor breakages, but the chic garden with a swimming pool and its own pier on the sea redeem all these minor shortcomings. We had a lovely time with our family. Both children and elderly parents were happy. The host is very friendly and polite, quick to respond to any questions we had.

It was a very safe and comfortable stay for us, we can definitely consider choosing it again…

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

Ms. Cemre was very helpful in finding local places and the location of the house. Although it bothered us a little, it was definitely worth the view and the comfort of the house. It has a great view of Istanbul and the islands, and the terrace was very hot for a small day. Probably because the house is big, although we opened natural gas, the house was a little cool. The place was just as described, very nicely decorated, clean and bright. You can do all the necessary things on foot, around there are plenty of ways to find something to eat, there is something for everyone's taste. The harbor is very close to the accommodation, in the evening a cozy walk at the harbor is also possible and you are very quickly in bebek. There are plenty of markets in the. And the most important thing for me personally was to reach Mr. Ozan at any time, I received a helpful answer to my questions in no time. If I come again, I would like to book here again.

The house was just like the photos. No worries for someone new to stay. I left the house very happy and left. It had everything you could need in a house. Most places I stay don't have water. Even the water was considered. I found it quite elegant. There were just a few things, I think they will be updated over time. I would have preferred that the shower head was not fixed. It would be nice to have slippers.
