Evan’s place is amazing! Steps from the beach, Capitola restaurants & shops, all the things. Parking that is included with stay is awesome perk w/ this place, as it is a small area & when crowded, parking can be tough. The view from the front window cannot be beat & there’s even a back balcony with ocean view! Evan was very responsive & helpful. Can’t wait to stay again!

Comfortable, spacious, great natural light, it felt very relaxing! Furnishings seemed new, everything was thoughtfully set up and aesthetically pleasing , obviously the owners take great care with the unit. The bed was so comfortable I asked for the name of the mattress so I could buy one for my own house. A few inconveniences - low water pressure in shower, no freezer in the kitchenette, some early morning traffic buzz from highway half mile away, but overall I definitely recommend it.

Great location on Santana Row with cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. It was suitable for other meals, too. The two BRs and two BAs were useful. Note that the 3rd bed is upstairs next to the master. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV.

This was definitely the best airbnb I've found in the area! The space was private and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, and paper towels (a surprising annoyance of mine with stays other places!). Responsive host. Helpful instructions. Felt right at home in the space. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed, pillows (actually 4 of them, thank you!), and overall temperature of the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. One thing to note is that it is conveniently located across from bart station, so there is some noise associated with that, but you ARE in the city, so there's that. It didn't really bother me, just something to note if you're a light sleeper (but the bed was so comfy, it didn't phase me much!). I stayed for 12 days, and it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Jim's instructions for self-checkin and parking was easy to follow. Everything was clean. The location was right around the corner from a family member's home as well as a short walking distance to downtown Mountain View. The heater on the wall was great for keeping us warm on the chili nights. Everything in the kitchen worked well (stove, refrigerator, sink) and was clean upon arrival. There was no discrepancy between the pictures/descriptions and the actual rental unit. Although there was a bus stop outside the window, it is fairly quiet between about 10pm and 8am so getting a quiet night's sleep was no problem. I would stay there again b/c of the proximity to both downtown Mountain View and family. It's a great location and Jim is a friendly, welcoming host!

I had to be in San Jose for 2 weeks to take a course and staying at Alfonso’s was the best decision I made! The place is located in a really good place, it’s close to school, lot of restaurants are close by, a convenience store in the corner, it has the perfect location. The place was also very nice and quiet so I was able to concentrate on my studies. Alfonso was also really nice and response time was great. I was looking forward to staying there this weekend since I’m taking my national exams, however the place is not available. Nevertheless, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in San Jose.

Great place to stay in Palo Alto!

Great stay! Pretty easy to be near the Stanford Shopping Mall and downtown Palo Alto.

The place was exactly as stated and a great deal for a private space, close enough to San Francisco for access while also away for peace.

First time going to this part of California it was a great place to stay was between the two places that we wanted to go highly recommend.

Sure! Here’s a simpler and more personal version of the review: I really enjoyed my stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was comfy, and there were plenty of extra sheets and towels, which I appreciated. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The area was quiet, which made my stay even more relaxing. Having a parking spot was super convenient too. Oh and the lemons 🍋 Loved it. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Place is as described. We were staying due to proximity to Stanford Hospital and it was an easy drive. Host was flexible.

We stayed at Ali’s place for two weeks and it was a great experience. Ali was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests. The location is great and the apartment was super clean. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is spacious, bright, beautifully furnished, and very cozy – it truly felt like home for me. Rick was always available, very kind, and helpful whenever something came up. The place has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to others!

We LOVED staying in this Air BnB. It was clean, modern, and right by the beach. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, although the pull out couch bed was a bit squeaky (if you have a light sleeper sleeping on the couch, you might want to keep that in mind). We got lots of clear instructions and just loved this unit. We highly recommend!

This was our first time in Aptos and at Seascape! Condo was absolutely perfect. Great location and views! Loved having the club house for a meal and afternoon cocktails. We will definitely be back to rent again from the owners.

This place is perfect for a couple, well equipped kitchen, nice appliances and very nice layout. It is convenient to walk to bakery, fruits/vegetable stores and many interesting restaurants, not mention it is very close to many Apple offices. Lawrence is the best host. He is very responsive and proactive. Before he goes on vacation, he would let us know and ask if there is anything we might need while he is not around. In case that he can not deliver what we asked for, he will inform us and let us know when he will have them delivered. It has been a very pleasant stay at Lawrence's place.

Was a perfect place to stay during our vacation thanksgiving week. It was really clean! Also, it was nice to have extra towels and dishwasher tabs.
