Townhouse holiday rentals in Scott County

We booked three nights to accommodate extended family coming from Chicago and Duluth to celebrate my son’s graduation from UMN. This place was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for everybody. The kitchen, open living room area, and deck worked really well for entertaining. We threw a BBQ get together for my son’s friends, a huge success in this great space. The place is very well stocked with everything we needed. We also heated up the sauna each morning to start the day! Emily was very responsive to our every need. Thank you!

A great place for groups as there is plenty of rooms. Clean house with all the things you need. Very quiet neighborhood.

Patty and her husband are very welcoming and friendly hosts. Amazing at communication and being flexible. The hosts respect privacy and make the place cozy as at home. The place is walkable to bus stops which provides easy access to the city center, as well as some other fun places around like MIA and all the restaurants within a reasonable time. Overall a very pleasant and affordable stay in MPLS.

Spacious, clean, lots of utensils, dishes, appliances and everything we needed. Nice kitchen and dining room. Huge TVs. 4 bedrooms. Very nice jacuzzi-type bathtub. Three bathrooms with showers.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Can walk to multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Great parking situation, especially for multiple cars

The place was very nice. We enjoyed our stay during the holidays. The living and dining rooms were very elegant and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The gas fireplace in the living room, the lower level sitting room and the fully equipped laundry room were greatly appreciated. TJ’s place is extremely great. We had a fantastic stay. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Tj was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations and quick responses to any questions I had.

Everything here was perfectly clean and homey. I appreciated the laundry room, too. The backyard views are spectacular. Host was very responsive! Thank you for a peaceful stay.

What a great find! Private, yet close to downtown and our wedding venue. There was plenty of room for our party to prepare and plenty of comfort when we returned.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pam. She has created an ideal environment for her guests. Not only does she offer first class hospitality, the place is immaculate, private and very secure.

Mary’s home was clean, comfortable and beautiful. She was prompt to reply to any questions we had. The home was better than described and it will be the first place we check next time we are in the area.

The property is a beautiful small cozy home, great for a small family or a little get away. The location is great as well with many locals places to eat and drink. These parts all pale in comparison to the host who is a fantastic person. Can't recommend Nate or his properties enough.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I loved the home from every single floor. Host was so nice and understanding. Very quick as he could be w/ responding too me. I will definitely stay here again. My favorite part of this home was a balcony on every single floor.

It was absolutely great. The house and especially the backyard were great. I enjoyed spending time there. The location is good, close to Minneapolis, Airport and MOA.

This is a great deal. The host answered every question and for the price being able to just lay my head at night so I can enjoy the area with my family for the holidays was perfect
