Patty and her husband are very welcoming and friendly hosts. Amazing at communication and being flexible. The hosts respect privacy and make the place cozy as at home. The place is walkable to bus stops which provides easy access to the city center, as well as some other fun places around like MIA and all the restaurants within a reasonable time. Overall a very pleasant and affordable stay in MPLS.

Beautifully decorated with a homey feeling! Larry & Linda were helpful & friendly. We told them we had come to their part of town to see The Planetary Parade of 2/28/25 and they offered great suggestions for good nearby locations with the perfect sky view! Our stay was perfect! Thank you, Larry & Linda!!

Kartik is a wonderful host. The written check-in and check-out instructions are clear and timely. The location is close to everything! However, the townhome is located in a quiet and private neighborhood. Very comfortable, clean townhome! We had a relaxing stay. Thanks!

An excellent and peaceful stay near the U of M. Very comfortable room with lots of space, and amenities. A great option if you are looking for a place to easily commute to the U. In a nice and queit neighbourhood. Kathy is an excellent host and was very helpful, and allowed for flexible check in. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Can walk to multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Great parking situation, especially for multiple cars

TJ’s place is extremely great. We had a fantastic stay. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Tj was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations and quick responses to any questions I had.

Winnie was an outstanding host , always went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable , communication was excellent throughout extremely welcoming and very understanding . The space was well maintained and clean definitely as described. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone especially for a long stay. Couldn’t asked for a better host ! Highly recommend

What a great find! Private, yet close to downtown and our wedding venue. There was plenty of room for our party to prepare and plenty of comfort when we returned.

Linda had been a great host. She is wonderful to talk to but is very considerate about your privacy.

The place was great and fit the bill with cleanliness, good location and comfortable beds. There’s even a sweet little restaurant down the road that’s open from morning until night.

Diantha was super kind and our air bnb stay was lovely nice and fresh and clean I definitely recommend staying here! :)

The bedroom was spacious with all wood bedroom set that was outstanding Very comfortable king bed

Mary’s home was clean, comfortable and beautiful. She was prompt to reply to any questions we had. The home was better than described and it will be the first place we check next time we are in the area.

A lovely, clean unit with everything you need for a short or medium length stay! Plenty of fantastic restaurants within a five minute drive, and all of northeast to explore. Unit was easy to find, check-in was incredibly easy and flexible, and everything we needed was provided in the unit! Not to mention, Nate was an absolutely fantastic and lovely host!!! Cannot recommend him and his service enough! Very responsive and proactive, he patiently dealt with a mistake I made where I thought there weren't any extra towels in the unit, even though there were plenty and I had been looking in the wrong spot, and he not only had a basket of clean towels delivered to me within 15 minutes of me bringing it up, late at night, but he was also so kind and understanding and light-hearted when I realized my mistake and that I had made him do all that work for nothing! A class-act guy that makes you feel incredibly welcome and cared for- I cannot recommend Nate and his unit enough! We'll be back!!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I loved the home from every single floor. Host was so nice and understanding. Very quick as he could be w/ responding too me. I will definitely stay here again. My favorite part of this home was a balcony on every single floor.

Jannina was the best host I could have asked for! She showed me around the area and gave great recommendations. I would come back anytime, thanks for making my trip memorable. It was absolutely great. The house and especially the backyard were great. I enjoyed spending time there. The location is good, close to Minneapolis, Airport and MOA.
