Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Scilla

We spent a few nights in late October and the place is really beautiful, the house itself as well as the island. You get stunning views on both the volcano as well as the sea. The house can be reached by approximately 30 minute walk from the port, or by a taxi. Be aware that off-season, there are no restaurants opened and you need to prepare your own food. The ingredients can be purchased in the local supermarkets which accept card payments. Also bear in mind that due to weather conditions, you might not be able to leave the island as expected, because the only way to/from Stromboli is by the hydrofoil or a ferry, so plan accordingly and leave a buffer. That’s what happened to us, but not even 3 days were enough, we were stranded on the island for 4 days and we missed our flight back home. Luckily, Renato was a really attentive and helpful host, and enabled us to stay all these additional nights for a reduced rate which we highly appreciated.

Amazing location on the beach at Mazzaro. We visited in the off season and had the beach to ourselves at many points! Apartment is comfortable and has all you need. The locations is the selling point. Right next to the cable car up to Taormina. And a few nice restaurants and small shops near Mazzaro.

Lele is an excellent hostess. The place matches the description perfectly. She has thoughtfully prepared a detailed instruction book with all the information we might need. Additionally, she provided us with plenty of helpful parking tips.

Anita was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, cozy and equipped with all the comforts. The location of the apartment was very beautiful and authentic. Everything was walkable. In short, it was great!

Antonio’s place is really beautiful and peaceful, and I do recommend it to everyone looking for a zen experience in the middle of the nature! A peaceful house in the middle of the nature!

A great place to stay, a great host... everything as described... Tiziana was very helpful with tips etc .. so I was able to prepare perfectly for my sailing trip to the liparic islands.. mille Grazie... 🙏

I love this place. I think it was a fantastic choice to stay castelmola for me. I could watch sunrising and sunset every day. I could watch Etna mountain, the sea and Isolla Bella at any time from the small town. And it is easy to get to Taormina by bus or you can walk also. And the flat was spacious for one person. It has two warm and cozy bedrooms. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. And there are really kind host family.

We had a great time for a week in 10 people, with small children. There's all the space you need to keep it off when you're traveling as a group! The house was clean and the garden was beautiful. Mr. Christmas welcomed us very well and was very available to help us throughout the stay.

Beautiful spot and very nice, clean home - very modern - and the pool with the view is spectacular. Location is relatively close to the beaches by car. Easy drive to the very touristy Tropea and beaches. Nearby beaches are more quiet and the water is clean and clear.

We had a great time at Michela and Marco's place. We were very warmly welcomed and were able to access the accommodation before the scheduled time. which was not our surprise when we saw the pool in the garden! we had seen it in the photos but we thought it was only in service in the summer. We were able to enjoy it at the end of October!! Our 11 year old daughter was thrilled. The apartment is very nice, you feel "at home". Giardini Naxos beach and waterfront restaurants and cafes can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. And right next to the apartment there is an exceptional patisserie and butcher shop!!!! You can reach Taormina with a bus that passes right next to the apartment. Thanks again to Michela and Marco who allowed us to have a wonderful stay at their place. And we hope to be able to return someday. Very good continuation to you.

Literally couldn’t be any better

The room was clean Maria who welcomed us was lovely there is a balcony with an amazing view and there is a pool. 20 minutes drive has all the restaurants and shops and the beach

Giovanni built the place from scratch with a lot of careful details and with guests in mind. Gardens, plants and trees are spectacular. The pool and pool area is wonderful, we swam whenever we were at home. Home is what it felt like. Location is closed to Taormina, the gorge, Etna is only one hour away as is the airport. I would thoroughly recommend Giovanni's villa to anyone considering a trip to Sicily. You will love it here. Thanks Giovanni for taking such great care of us and for your recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. The outdoor area with the balcony and the roof top was particularly amazing, as we got to wake up to some breathtaking sea views. Silvio was also an amazing host, responded to all my questions promptly and was really lovely to deal with. Highly recommended and we will most definately return one day!

Carmela was helpful and very attentive structure with a lovely garden. Our studio had a terrace from which you saw the sea. The location of his apartment is truly strategic, it allows you to move easily and reach both the beautiful city of Tropea and the various beaches around.

Valentina’s place is absolutely sublime - our only wish was we could have stayed longer! It’s spacious and opposite the beach, but still walkable distance to pizzo. A slice of heaven!

fantastic accommodation to say the least,it was perfect for a week of complete relaxation. we stayed with our dog who had all the space she needed and her beautiful dogs already in the house to play with. the hosts were super helpful and kind for the entire stay,giving us tips about the area and meeting us where possible. special mention for the view of the sea from the house that made us dream.

Great place in an enclosed backyard, space for a car, easy to get to, no hassle. Next to the square and the lake, where we were happy to walk and visit during the day and in the evening by the lights of the light in a charming atmosphere. around pubs and pizzerias, a shop nearby to do more shopping. Close to seafood shops that you can make at home. Next to a church with a bell tower, where the clock breaks every 15 minutes (it's very nice to listen, it didn't bother us). The sea is also very close, because between the lake and the sea there is a strip of old, atmospheric (for me personally beautiful houses and streets). The host himself greeted us in person, showed us everything to handle, turn on, close. Nice, smiling. He was waiting for us because we were an hour late. We'd love to use this apartment next time.

This is a great place in the centre of Milazzo. Maria was very friendly and helpful on checkin. Everything was very clean, and there were toiletries and cleaning gear for the kitchen. The kitchen well equipped except for the absence of a few utensils, such as a knife for preparing food, but if you prefer eating out there are plenty of restaurants and take away places in easy walking distance.

what a fantastic house. And a lovely place to be. It felt like paradise. The beds are very nice. The garden the living room. Kitchen. Everything just blissful. From the house you can walk to the beach. What a splendid. We stayed in this house with 6 adults and were all in love with the place. Andrea the host wants to do everything we can to make it pleasant for you. responds very quickly if you have any questions. It felt very good. We will definitely come back sometime

Host was very helpful and kind. The place was very well equipped and beautiful. Specially we liked the outdoor area. Luckily we had a very nice weather during our stay so we could enjoy the sun in the outdoor space. Location was in a quiet area, surrounded by tangerine-orange fields and local farmers. Sea was in a walking distance, nice path to there. Definitely worth visiting!

we rented the house all October, we had never been to Sicily before so it was really a bit of a gamble. But wow, we moved into this incredibly cozy house and fell for it right away. Clean and tidy. wonderful with citrus, olive, pomegranate, etc. in amounts on the large plot. We were lucky too and got to join the olive harvesting that is done completely by hand. The host couple Melania and Francesco are absolutely wonderful. accommodating, generous and super nice. Often when we got home, freshly picked fruits were waiting for us. Five minutes walk to the sea, boardwalk and restaurants. There is so much to explore. We had a rental car with full insurance and everything worked perfectly. We'd love to go again !
