Cornelia is very welcoming and kind We received all the needed information a few days before our arrival ; A welcoming gift waited for us in the fridge The house in a very peaceful Land, the flat is wide, with balcony and garden; it is extra clean, well furnished It was just perfect !

A great place to stay, you feel right at home. Mike is a great person and host. He gave us a friendly welcome and we felt very comfortable right away. The place is superbly decorated. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay and if there were any questions Mike answered them directly. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore Munich and its surroundings. Thank you so much for letting us use the apartment for the time.

We had a super nice time at Marion's place. From the first minute we felt welcomed and at home. Marion and her husband are very loving and friendly hosts. It really reminds a bit of Bullerbü, here the world is still fine. 🥰 For the youngest in the bundle, there were many animal visitors to discover in the garden and behind the house a large meadow to let off steam and play football. It was a completely beautiful vacation for us. Thank you very much dear Marion ☺️

We were on site as a family for the first time. The surroundings are beautiful, you can experience many things. The yard is nicely secluded from the place, making it a special tranquility. The lake is within walking distance. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The highlight was of course the short ride of our little daughter, which made the holiday perfect. We will definitely be back...

Villa Romenthal is an extremely luxurious and very individually designed accommodation with a wonderful terrace from which you have a very nice view of Lake Ammersee. Katja is a very kind and helpful woman who is very communicative. My husband and I stayed in the loft for five nights and we felt completely comfortable. The space is very bright and spacious, very tastefully furnished and there is everything you need for a successful vacation. We can recommend this apartment without any restriction.

Looking for a nice place to stay in Munich for the fair, we were very lucky to come across this wonderful house. Especially Katharina, her husband and her children are extremely helpful, friendly and just wonderful people. The house is 25 to 30 minutes from the center, which is just the right distance for us. We are very happy that we chose this place and not somewhere in the center. Everything you need is at your disposal in the house. There are numerous restaurants and markets nearby, which you can easily reach in just five minutes. If you want to spend a wonderful time in the unique, peaceful and quiet atmosphere of a farm, this is the perfect place for it. We really would have loved to stay longer, but when we come back to Munich we know where we want to stay. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Best regards,

It's a beautiful place - to feel good and relax! It is a nicely decorated, very clean apartment; from the balcony you have a great view of the lake and you have your own garden area with wooden terrace. Dorette and her husband are warm hosts and are very much looking forward to making you feel comfortable. And there was always a nice chat. A highlight is of course also that you can just borrow your kayaks and paddle directly from there – I enjoyed it very much. Thanks for the nice time there.

Newly renovated apartment "Lisl"

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

Sonja's place is beautiful, tastefully furnished, high quality materials. Munich easily accessible by car to the terminus of the metro lines or by train. A charming village, with its beergarten. Sonja is a friendly and welcoming host. We recommend her place for your next vacation in the Munich area.

Had a lovely stay. Lots of space, very close to lake and S-Bahn with a direct line to Munich/Airport as well as close to shops. Peter was a great host, quick to respond, very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Terrace and garden look ideal for a stay when it is warmer.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this place. The hosts Rosie and Johannes were super nice and welcomed us warmly right away. Everything just worked out – you feel right at home! The apartment itself was really great. Everything was well equipped, from the kitchen to the furniture – nothing was missing. The cleanliness was also really great, you can tell that there is a lot of attention to details here. Overall, we can only recommend the property. Had a great stay at Josephine's place. Before we arrived, we had all the information about check-in and also a detailed plan where to find possible parking spaces, so we also quickly found a parking spot very close by. The place itself was very clean and is exactly as shown in the pictures. In short, we had a great time and would be happy to come back.

it is a new nice clean and spacious apartment. everything you could wish for is there. you're really private. Johann is very friendly and responds directly to questions. you are behind the track that ends in the village that absolutely does not bother you but can easily go to Munich. We slept wonderfully there and is recommended for those looking for something nearby.

We booked two nights in this apartment and absolutely loved it! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, everything you need is there! Transportation connection is simply brilliant!!! The only minus for me personally were the slanted walls, as the apartment is located in the attic. For my 1.90 m, this was a small problem. Otherwise absolutely completely satisfied!

We had a wonderful stay at “the castle.” The communal kitchen led to a few nice conversations with other guests and the farm store downstairs (with delicious raw milk!) was a total highlight for the kids and us. We’re sure to recommend and will be back!

Matthias and his wife were very nice hosts! We felt very comfortable. If we had any questions, the two were always available immediately. :-) The place was also very clean and large! The conservatory is very cozy for reading. Happily again!

The place was very nice and it had a very good location, the s bahn station was 3 min away by foot and edeka was nearby. The neighbourhood was very peaceful. The place was clean and it had a very cute kitchen. Everybody was clean and cozy. The host was responsive and clear.
