Whispering Oaks Cabin

My wife and I bought this cabin as a personal weekend retreat. We have been updating the cabin the last year and thought we would like to share it with others. We think we have provided everything that is needed for an enjoyable stay. If you like to sit on the front porch in a couple rocking chairs and watch the sunset, we have you covered. If you would like to build a fire in the backyard, we have a 5 foot fire pit with wood provided. Gas grill is provided for your outdoor cooking.

The Lodge at Frederick

A great location for Sportsmen or families. We are 1/4 mile from a boat launch on the Illinois River, 5 miles from Beardstown and the Lincoln Court Room Museum, 15 minutes from Schuy-Rush Lake and 10 minutes from Rushville, Illinois. We have one Queen bed and 2 twin beds. Enjoy a relaxing living space and a fully furnished kitchen. We are still working on some remodeling in the basement area and outside, but the main living space is fully complete. We hope that you'll love it.

Parkview gives you hotel convenience with the comfort of home. Our rooms are stocked with everything you will need for your stay and then some. You will love the amazing views of the river and the city square, and the coziness of classic home decor. You are able to enjoy our downtown shopping, dining, and nightlife just by walking out the door. There is plenty of street parking and limited off street parking as well.

One step inside takes you back to these roots. The Cabin is owned by "The Whitetail Group" the premiere developer of private farms for free-range whitetail deer hunting. King bed upstairs loft, 3 fulls in walkout basement room.

The Jungle Farm Country Quiet, Town Convenient

The Jungle Farm was a name that described the condition of the property when we acquired it. Even though the jungle is gone, the name is still there. Our place offers all of the quiet of the country along with the convenience of a Walmart directly across the road, and Beardstown's shops, stores, parks and eateries just minutes away.
