Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Schoorl

We stayed at Brenda and Rutgers house for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. It was even more beautiful than the pictures, exceptionally clean and so relaxing. The attention to detail was incredible, it felt like a spa resort! Very comfortable beds, amazing showers, stunning decor and had everything we could possibly need. The seperate den room was a favourite for our 2 kids with it's giant tv where we snuggled up for a movie night to relax after a hectic few weeks travelling before flying home. The big jacuzzi was a hit with all of us too! We wished we could have stayed longer to make use of the bbq, firepit and sauna. We were using public transport and it was a short enjoyable walk to the nearest bus stop which took us into Haarlem in minutes. Brenda was so responsive before and during our stay and so nice to deal with. I can't accurately describe how stunning and relaxing this house is. If it's available for your dates, book it, you won't regret it! Thank you Brenda!!

Jessie’s place is very spacious and the photos are accurate. It’s a beautiful home in a great area that felt central to everything we needed and wanted to see. Public transportation was just a few minutes away which made getting around easy. Jessie communicated very well and was quick to respond. Check in and check out were easy and went very smoothly. We’d love to stay at Jessie’s place again if we’re ever in Amsterdam.

It was a very cozy house with decor. Anything you need is present. It was clean and all thanks to Anita for the hospitality and good explanation. Cozy and warm welcome.

Arthur welcomed us to his home in person so everything was easily explained. He kept in touch to make sure all was well. House is in a great location - close to Haarlem & Amsterdam via public transport. Also very close to supermarket, bakery etc

We were there with 14 people (three families) 2 days around New Year's Eve. Were able to divide us well into the bedrooms in the house and didn't have to go into the garden shed. The living-dining room had a huge table for everyone and a quite well stocked kitchen. Although it was very stormy on the days, we hardly noticed anything about it in the converted barn. The children were allowed to go to the animals all day and it's very quiet. Nevertheless, there are many possibilities to make excursions by car from there. The flight path hardly bothered us. We had a lovely time.

We had a nice family holiday in Wyik aan Zee. Beautiful beach for walking. A trip to Haarlem and Amsterdam was also on the agenda. Highly recommend. All in all, we will be happy to come back.

We had a great time at Ingrid's. The house is lovely, comfortable and very well-equipped. After the intense days in the city, it was a real pleasure to come back and rest there. The surrounding scenery and serene atmosphere truly charmed us. We highly recommend this place to all guests looking for peace of mind 😌

We thoroughly enjoyed the place. It is located in a quiet and idyllic location directly on a small canal, with easy access to the nearest cities Hoorn and Alkmaar as well as the beach, which can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Especially the large bathroom with towels and bathrobes as well as the cozy living room and kitchen convinced us. The bed was extremely comfortable so we slept wonderfully. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were warmly welcomed, got a small tour of the horse farm and valuable excursion tips. Also on departure, the owner inquired about suggestions for improvement, which was very attentive. We can fully recommend this accommodation and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is small but nice has everything you need. Thildy and her husband are super friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast the first day and it was delicious and sumptuous. Especially our little one was thrilled with all the great toys, the trampoline and the hammocks in the garden. The surrounding area is great for bike rides or trips to the beach and dunes. Washing machine and towels cost extra, which we are not used to from AirBnB. But all toys are free and Thyldi helped us on a private issue, which was very kind. We had a really nice and relaxing time there!

Had a great stay here. Very beautiful location. A really lovely home that Tijmen has crated with easy access to everything worth visiting in Amsterdam. Lovely places to eat and drink very close to the apartment. If we came back to Amsterdam we would definitely stay here again. Obviously as a result would highly recommend

The stay was very nice, especially with the sweet cat you feel right at home. The spice selection of the kitchen and also the other statement of the apartment is optimal. The garden was very cozy even in bad weather. The only thing that was a pity, one of the bikes was unfortunately always flat and could not be inflated, otherwise we liked the Airbnb very much:))

We absolutely loved staying here with our 2 adult daughters. The house is in a road off two busier streets with coffee shops, a street market and restaurants close by. There is a Jumbo - small supermarket - a short walk away for groceries. The de Pijp metro station is literally around the corner so you can easily catch the metro from the airport or central station with your luggage. (We took a cab from the airport as we weren't sure if we could walk there easily with all our bags, but we should have used the metro and saved the $$ taxi fare!) The house has a beautiful interior and stairs down to the rooms. It has a bath and shower and two toilets. Kitchen has everything you need. As we had a late train to catch and the weather was rainy and windy, we spent a fair amount of time on our last afternoon in the spacious lounge, on a comfortable couch with blankets. Alejandro kindly allowed us to check out very late. He is a gracious host and recommended the best pizza place, Lou Lou's!

Old and new stayed with Jody to stay in quieter surroundings for our dog. Fortunately, the fireworks were much less than with us in the Randstad. The only thing Jody couldn't take care of was good weather, for the rest everything else was perfect. Even with bad weather, it is good to spend time in the house, cozy and everything you need is present. Jody and her family do everything they can to delight you. We'd love to come back!

Are stay here was fantastic lovely peaceful surroundings was nice to be out the hustle and bustle of the city , the apartment was amazing definitely come back in the summer to make the most of the garden area was a bit cold when we went , had a lovely message on the chalk board to welcome us with lots of things to do in the area , the beds where comfy as well as the sofa in the living room , the kitchen was well equipped we couldn’t of asked for a nicer stay will definitely be back 👍🏻👍🏻

Very nice stay for a few days in Eva's cottage. The cottage is comfortably furnished and located on a quiet holiday park, close to the beach (cycling distance), Alkmaar and other attractions. The contact with Eva went great. Very pleasant!

Wonderfully quiet and cozy cottage. Wonderful, unobstructed views. cozy and spacious. you will be personally welcomed and given tips. If you like peace and nature, this is highly recommended. 10 minutes from the sea, dunes and villages.

We greatly enjoyed a number of nights in Jur's beautiful and well-kept bungalow. Everything was as described. Excellent bed, clean, cozily furnished, user-friendly, well maintained, up-to-date, warm and everything you need in a neat park with pleasant atmosphere including playground and supermarket nearby. And lovely the sea with the quiet beach within cycling distance. Thanks!

A wonderful place, which exudes all hospitality. Even in the middle of winter, the warmth is palpable. Sometimes you will find a cottage, where you are already happy when there is pepper and salt in the kitchen, but here it surpasses everything.

Just like the first time: Very nice hosts. Great and quiet location! The view from the living room - fantastically beautiful! The interior is very nice and cozy! Perfect as a starting point for excursions in the area! To the beach through the dune landscape about 2-3 km. A very nice supermarket is 1 km away. And of course you can visit the hostess's beautiful restaurant. We will be happy to come back! Thank you so much! Astrid and Michael
