The time at Nicole's Airbnb was lovely. We were looking for a quiet and cozy apartment somewhere in the middle of nowhere with a fireplace for New Year's Eve - that's exactly what we got. Even four people can be accommodated here, as the apartment is very spacious (more spacious than it looks in the photos). The nearby Thuringian Forest offers many opportunities for activities. Plenty of brochures and flyers are also available in the apartment. The reservoir, which is described in the pictures and in the advertisement, can also be reached quickly on foot, but it was now empty in winter. For the arrival, we recommend that future guests arrive with Google Maps. The four of us arrived with two cars and both navigation systems led us astray independently. Only thanks to Google Maps did we all finally get to the right destination.

Our small family took our first vacation here in the Rhön. We were very nervous because our daughter was only 3 months old and didn't know how to respond to the new environment. But it seems that Johanna's place was not only very reassuringly on us, but also on our daughter. It was really great. Everything necessary for a short vacation was available, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the sleeping room. The location right on the creek is stunningly beautiful, and the large windows provide so much light in this apartment. It's a feel-good temple. Also for our daughter, everything we needed was there. Shops of daily life are directly accessible in a km by car. Thank you so much for the great time

We stayed in this great apartment for a month, but time flew by too fast! Stefan was very responsive, we also met his father and sister! This is a wonderful, helpful family When we come to Germany next year, we really want to come back to this place! The apartment is in a quiet place, 10 minutes to the nearest town called Coburg and another supermarket is near the house, within walking distance

A wonderful apartment that was very nicely and stylishly designed by the owners. You can tell from the apartment that the hosts have a high level of expertise in the monument area, as they worked with attention to detail. The color choice of the walls, doors and ceilings. The furniture selection, i.e. in the bedroom it is 1960s furniture, in other rooms other eras. Nothing is too much, just right. Even if the area offers very nice excursion destinations, you can also spend time in the apartment and in front of the house, as you have enough space to breathe and relax. Just perfect for us.

You can feel right at home in Tobias' apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet location, the direct proximity to many attractions and many cafes and restaurants. On another visit to Weimar, I would book the apartment again. Thank you!

We had a very nice stay at Martin's place. The apartment is nicely decorated, in great condition and there is everything you need. Communication with Martin was also always very pleasant and accommodating. Looking forward to the next stay here :)

We stayed in the apartment with three children between the ages of 1 and 8 for 4 days. We enjoyed it very much, the surroundings were great, tram within walking distance, so we could easily explore Erfurt. The contact with Tina was super and uncomplicated. We are happy to recommend the apartment!

The house feels remote, but restaurants and supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away. It is very well equipped and has a cozy atmosphere, perfect for an autumn/winter vacation - no matter what the weather. There are good hiking and climbing opportunities in the area. Lucia is a great hostess. We will be happy to come back!

The weekend in the modern forest house of Lena and Nikolai was incredibly relaxing and restful. The hosts were extremely lovable and helpful. The time out in the forest and in nature as well as the pleasant warmth from the wood-burning stove convey a little Bullerbü atmosphere to feel good. The house has everything it needs. I was surprised by the very modern bathroom. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Despite the seclusion, there are shops very close by and if the weather doesn't cooperate or you feel like culture, Kassel is not too far away.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy and offered us exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. We particularly liked the idyllic location - it was incredibly peaceful and we were able to really unwind. Our children were thrilled, because right next door there was a beautiful stream where they could play for hours. That was really perfect for us as a family. A special thank you goes to the hosts Helge and Conny. They were incredibly nice and welcomed us very warmly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a break surrounded by nature.

Around everything as described, secluded and idyllic, in advance clear, there is nothing to complain about Those who love tiled stove will get their money's worth!

The place was beautifully located and immediately exuded a feel-good atmosphere. The decor is beautiful. Comfortable and modern, just great:)) Katharina, the host, also reflected this courteously and left no questions at all. Thank you.

A really nice place. Dirk has prepared everything very nicely. The rooms can accommodate 6 people. 8 would also be possible but then it can get a little tight at the table. Pool and sauna are a dream. You have a great environment for a hike and the Wasserkuppe is only a few minutes away by car. We'd love to come back. A clear recommendation ☺️

We enjoyed our 3-week stay at Christoph's cozy apartment near the river. The balcony is good for people watching and duck feeding day and night:) Christoph was always helpful and nice. Miss the apartment already!

We enjoyed staying at the top floor apt of this beautiful old home on the river very much and hope to return one day! Views are idyllic and grounds of the property were amazing.

It was a very nice weekend, with barbecues and campfire. There was nothing missing and I can only recommend the house to everyone. Peace and quiet and yet close to the city... perfect :)

We stayed with Toto over New Year's Eve. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge and a toto, who first drank a beer with us and showed us his apartment. It was super nice. Toto is likeable and a great host. Just in time at noon, Toto and his girlfriend then greeted us on the terrace for the new year and toasted with us. The next day we were also allowed to stay longer until check out....a blessing after the slightly longer night. Until next time :-) regards, Hannes and Eva
