A beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. Great location for many activities. The snack bar and drinks to buy were awesome. All around a beautiful holiday.

The four of us have experienced wonderful days. The apartment is spacious and cozy, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped and the sauna we enjoyed very much. Katja and Thomas are very open-minded, generous and friendly hosts.

This apartment would be worth more money per day. There are warm, high quality down blankets with cuddly covers in winter. Even grated apple juice, mineral water, coffee pods for the Senseo, very good olive oil, various vinegars, spices, a basket with very good firewood and much more I've never experienced so much generosity from a host. Inside the spacious apartment, you can see from the bed through glass doors to snowy orchards. Unfortunately, there is a small disadvantage that the bedroom is facing the main road and unfortunately there is traffic from about 6:30. But at the end and at night it's much better. If that bothers you, you pack Ohropax and "the paint is ready." Otherwise, Frankenheim is a pretty village with veiled houses, many happy cows, donkeys, chickens, sheep and of course steaming piles of manure, very good air, a crystal clear, ice-cold mountain stream and not to forget the Osterburg ruins high above. Absolute recommendation!!!

We stayed in this great apartment for a month, but time flew by too fast! Stefan was very responsive, we also met his father and sister! This is a wonderful, helpful family When we come to Germany next year, we really want to come back to this place! The apartment is in a quiet place, 10 minutes to the nearest town called Coburg and another supermarket is near the house, within walking distance

A wonderful apartment designed very nice and with a lot of style by the owners. You can tell from the apartment that there is high expertise in the monument area with the hosts, as the detail was worked with love. The color selection of the walls, doors and ceilings. The furniture selection, i.e. in the bedroom, it is furniture in the 1960s, in other rooms other eras. Nothing is too much, just fitting. Even though the area offers very nice excursion destinations, you can also spend time in the apartment and in front of the house, as you have enough space to breathe and relax. Just perfect for us.

Great place right in the middle of everything perfect for a family, 2 couples or small group of friends.

We had a lovely night passing through during a bike ride. We were even allowed to spontaneously park the road bikes in the garage.

We stayed in the apartment with three children between the ages of 1 and 8 for 4 days. We enjoyed it very much, the surroundings were great, tram within walking distance, so we could easily explore Erfurt. The contact with Tina was super and uncomplicated. We are happy to recommend the apartment!

The house feels remote, but restaurants and supermarkets can be reached by car in 5 minutes. It is very well equipped and has a cozy atmosphere, perfect for an autumn/winter getaway - no matter what the weather. There are good hiking and climbing opportunities in the area. Lucia is a great hostess. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy and offered us exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. We especially enjoyed the idyllic location - it was incredibly peaceful and we were able to really switch off. Our children were thrilled, because right next door there was a beautiful creek where they could play for hours. That was really perfect for us as a family. A special thank you goes to the hosts Helge and Conny. They were incredibly nice and welcomed us very warmly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a break in the middle of nature.

Marc is an incredibly kind and warm host. Together with my buddy, we had the opportunity to experience and enjoy this pretty and idyllically located cottage and the accompanying tranquility, exactly such a break we had been looking for and needed. Especially if you're from a big city. I can really recommend this tranquil listing to everyone when it comes to unwind and recharge. Around everything as described, secluded and idyllic, in advance clear, there is nothing to complain about Those who love tiled stove will get their money's worth!

The country house is located in a small place. It was very quiet and the beautiful furnishings made you feel right at home. Beds are very comfortable and the large rain shower is definitely a highlight. We came with two cars and were able to park comfortably right outside the door in the yard. For day trips in the region, this accommodation is perfectly located between Aschaffenburg and Würzburg. For hiking, you can just walk out the door and immediately stand in the countryside. Katharina is a very nice host who was always available for us. Thank you for your hospitality!

A really nice place. Dirk decorated all this very nicely. The rooms have enough space for 6 people. 8 would also be possible but then it can get a little tight at the table. Pool and sauna are a dream. You have a great environment for a hike and the Wasserkuppe is only a few minutes away by car. We will be happy to come back. A clear recommendation ☺️

We felt very comfortable right away. The kitchen is super equipped with everything you need. Spices, vinegar, oil available. The fireplaces provide great warmth and coziness. Wood is available in the shed. The surroundings are totally quiet. We really enjoyed the view of the forest and the rippling of the creek while reading on the sofa - pure relaxation.

We enjoyed our 3-week stay at Christoph's cozy apartment near the river. The balcony is good for people watching and duck feeding day and night:) Christoph was always helpful and nice. Miss the apartment already!

This spacious place is located in a small, quiet area where you can enjoy your time peacefully. Monika was very nice and friendly.

We enjoyed staying at the top floor apt of this beautiful old home on the river very much and hope to return one day! Views are idyllic and grounds of the property were amazing.

It was a very nice weekend, with barbecues and campfire. There was nothing missing and I can only recommend the house to everyone. Peace and quiet and yet close to the city... perfect :)

We stayed with Toto over New Year's Eve. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge and a toto, who first drank a beer with us and showed us his apartment. It was super nice. Toto is likeable and a great host. Just in time at noon, Toto and his girlfriend then greeted us on the terrace for the new year and toasted with us. The next day we were also allowed to stay longer until check out....a blessing after the slightly longer night. Until next time :-) regards, Hannes and Eva

Check-in was very uncomplicated due to the key box. Inside, a well-equipped kitchen awaited me. The bathroom was very clean and well appointed. The two bedrooms with boxspring beds and flat screen TV rounded out the apartment nicely. Communication with Steve was great.
