Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Schlieren

For us this was perfect “home base” away from home full of old Swiss rustic charm and private. Very well equipped kitchen, home is spacious, clean and cozy, laundry room came really handy as well. Great location - away from hustle and bustle of Zurich but short distance from it and from the airport as well. Many great day trips possible within 5 min drive up to an hour drive. Grocery store 3 min walk away. Thomas is friendly and super easy to communicate with. We also found great restaurant 5-8 min drive - Gasthof zum Kreuz - shout out to the owner - very friendly made us feel like family - food was great, nice atmosphere and good prices. Grateful we got to experience it all.

Best hosts ever! Nui & Stephan spoiled us with many extras. They are truly passionate about welcoming guests. Location with car is fantastic, minutes away from highway access points to visit Aarau, Zurich, Basel and Bern. Lovely area for walking, visiting castles and exploring. A Volg grocery stores is walking minutes away. The house is big with multiple sitting areas, the kitchen has every gadget, garden and sunroom. A big surprise was having several food items provided to get us started. And there was chocolate & cake.

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. The location was perfect—close to many cities and local outlets. The amenities were top-notch, and we especially loved the kitchen and the dining room overlooking the backyard and the road. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Schotz or near Lucern. Finally, Andrea was always there for us and helped with many things and responded to our inquiries quickly. She was very generous with her time and help!

We stayed for the second time in the beautiful cottage and Petra and Roger and felt absolutely comfortable again. The house is just beautiful and it has everything you need. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in the countryside, this is definitely the perfect place. We were able to enjoy the sun on the terrace and in the garden, but you can also do a lot in the surrounding area. Petra and Roger are great hosts who are always available and have made the holiday even more beautiful with their tips. The best AirBnB we have stayed! The first true FIVE STAR stay! So clean, so cute, fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials (kitchen, bathrooms, etc)! The host was very responsive and reasonable when our plans changed. The location is quiet and close to the train station. We have ZERO complaints. Thanks so so much!!!

Great house, in a nice very green setting, adapted to families, perfectly equipped. Responsive smooth communication. Only small surprise: a few planes passages some days just above the house.

The stay was very pleasant. The area is very quiet and quiet. The shops are very close (100 meters) and you can go there on foot. We'll be back.

In the apartment you feel right at home, the style is very special and harmonious. The amenities overall and especially in the kitchen are phenomenal! We have never experienced this in any apartment. From the greatest electrical appliances beyond the basic amenities, everything you can imagine was really thought of. So much passion in the decoration, Gabriele is really close to the well-being and satisfaction of her guests. ❤️ Thank you for the great stay- clear recommendation

We immediately felt comfortable in the villa, after the wow effect when entering. The contact with the host was also likeable and accommodating. Despite bad weather you could go to the pool and hot tub. The gym is super equipped - we were also busy ^^ a lot of praise to the cleaners, it was all sparkling clean and the bedrooms were very nicely decorated.

Claudia's apartment is perfectly cut for its size and is super suitable for a family of four as a vacation rental - we were there in January 25. There is a fully equipped kitchen, four decent sleeping places, dining, living room, a small swimming pool, TV and DVD player with some good children's films, a few games, etc. Everything is in great shape and very clean. Communication with Claudia was very pleasant and practically possible at any time. Check in and out went absolutely smoothly. We will be happy to come back.

Petra’s place was great! It was exactly what we needed for our trip.

We had a wonderful stay in the spacious apartment, which provided all the comfort we needed. Everything was perfect, and the hosts, Klara and Paul, were incredibly welcoming and lovely. We would love to return during the summer!

We chose this location due to it being down the road from family that live in Switzerland, and we really enjoyed using the property as a comfortable base during Christmas week 2024. The property is very quiet, clean and warm. It has easy access to road and rail networks, but you can also walk from the door into peaceful open countryside or down into the old town of Mellingen. Sue and Fritz were very helpful and friendly, and we even had a light snowfall on our first night – many thanks to Fritz for clearing the path of snow for the next morning!

Our stay was just lovely. Antonia is extremely friendly and her cozy house is quietly located. Our dogs felt at home:) We'd love to come back

Beautiful, bright, and spotless apartment in a fantastic, walkable neighborhood. Extremely well appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Transportation, grocery store, and coffee shop within easy walking distance. Host Mark was friendly and responded quickly to our questions.

Lovingly furnished, very spacious accommodation, where we were able to enjoy our stay very much even in grey winter weather.

Parking is always available immediately in front of the entrance. The environment is one-of-a-kind. We had a wonderful 5 nights. The kids always found something to do and discover, while we completely relaxed. A healthy and stimulating environment, ideal for the curiosity and vibrancy of young and old. In addition, the aquariums made us dream, and the massage chair gave us an extra touch of relaxation. The property is managed with great professionalism and cared for in every detail. It is clearly perceived that it is the result of the work of real experts.

We had a great time at Dani's place. overall an excellent accommodation.
