A very nice and modern apartment. The location in the courtyard is quiet. The cozy bed makes for restful nights. The couch invites you to relax and the modern smart TV is great in case the weather doesn't play along. Nice big shower and a well equipped kitchen. The check-in was great and could take place flexibly thanks to the key box. Marco sent us the instructions for this very accurately in a message. The area is great for long walks on the Main and you are quickly in Schweinfurt, where there are many great restaurants and shopping. The idyllic Bamberg is also just a half-hour drive away. If you want to explore the picturesque area around the charming village of Grettstadt/Untereuerheim, Marco's modern accommodation is in good hands. We will be happy to come back.

We loved our stay in Greta’s apartment. It’s a self-contained apartment on the first floor; it’s about 15 minutes on the bus into the centre of Bayreuth, and around 30 mins to the Festspielhaus. (We walked back from the Festspielhaus one evening which took about 1.5 hours - a nice walk). There’s a good supermarket with an excellent bakery attached to it about 5-10 mins walk away. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and peaceful - with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony. While my friend was in the main bedroom, I slept in the work room on the sofa bed - which was comfortable and cosy so is a great second bedroom. There was coffee, tea, chocolate and a bottle of wine when we arrived which was a nice touch. Greta was very kind, even giving us lifts to the theatre and to the train station. She has a genuine warmth and it was a pleasure to meet her, and to stay in her apartment. Highly recommended!

We had a great time! The room was very cosy, and it turned out we even had a direct view of Wartburg Castle through the branches of a tree. The city centre was within walking distance, and there were many beautiful hiking trails nearby. The "Drachenschlucht" is a must-see.

It was just fantastic, even if we were only there for three days. The host was always reachable very very nice and in the accommodation were all the things you need to live. I brought my own coffee milk and sugar, but it was not necessary because everything was available in the accommodation really highly recommended. Thanks very much dear Karina.

The apartment was clean and perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer. Bianca was so helpful making sure we got to the house safely. We hope to stay here again when we visit next

We booked Anett's apartment for a visit to the fair. It was exactly as described! Everything you could possibly need. Also the communication was perfect, also the welcome by Anett! Within walking distance is a small restaurant (pear tree) where you can eat well bourgeois. The fair is also accessible via stairs. And by bus (1minute stop), you can be in the middle of the city in 7 minutes! All in all a very successful stay!!!

We stayed the first time in the Thuringian Forest. We enjoyed it very much as a family. The situation is quiet and the apartment is well renovated. Perfect as a starting point for excursions with the kids. Shopping facilities can only be reached by car. Only the kitchen equipment (glasses, cups, cutlery) could be more and the internet was not always stable despite the amplifier.

Great apartment, very clean and everything has been thought of. Reception of mobile data for O2 and Telekom is very good. There are 2 heaters, one in the bedroom has a classic thermostat and the one in the living area has a smart thermostat, which has always jumped to 15 degrees, but maybe we also did something wrong. It was definitely not freezing cold in the end, but it was only really warm in the bed or in the shower 🙈 Check-in went smoothly, good, friendly and professional communication. Late check-out was unfortunately not possible due to other occupancy, but overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will be happy to come back :)

Perfect apartment for exploring Erfurt’s historic old town. A few minutes walk from a major town square with two supermarkets, bakery etc. The famous merchant bridge is within a 10 minute walk, and another few minutes took us to the world heritage site and the cathedral. Apartment was very clean and contained everything we needed, and felt very homey.

I have experienced Cordelia and Andreas as sober and uncomplicated in terms of nature. The decor was also sober, with everything you need and you can call it minimalist. I found it particularly good that hot water does not run at all times as an energy saving measure, but you could easily set the desired room temperature on each heating controller yourself. So the hosts do something for the environment and at the same time leave the guest the decision "environment or comfort?". I also noticed the thick fluffy carpet and the beautiful large dark brown closet. The romantic front yard with roses invited birds to romp in. Overall, the space has done what it should and serves its purpose. 👍🏻 And what else could you ask for? #sober #simple #simple I love it.

We were wonderfully and warmly welcomed by the two hosts. The apartment was not only clean and well maintained, but with lots of little details and attentions a "home " feeling. We would come back to Thomas's place in a heartbeat, very clear recommendation.

Everything was great except that the oven is very hot when i set it to 200 the food was burnt when i followed the time on the package after the first time we just set our alarms to half the time everything else was amazing though

The apartment is large, bright and friendly and exactly matches the descriptions. It is ideal for a family stay. In 15 minutes, you can walk directly to the Hirschgarten, but there is also a close connection to public transport. We particularly enjoyed the sitting area with the large window front and the coffee from the Jura machine.

The place was easy to find and check-in was hassle-free and flexible. The listing is the same as the listing and is clean. Around the location in the center, everything is within walking distance. Communication was always friendly and uncomplicated.

Walter is a very nice host. We had some last minute changes and we didn't come in the end, but Walter was very understanding and kind. I hope that my colleagues will arrive some other time. I recommend!

Small but sufficient. For a place to stay after work for 1-3 days completely sufficient. Gladly come back.

Silke's apartment is cozy and decorated with details. There are little touches to the reception. The access road is very steep but easily accessible and also easily accessible on foot. The situation is quiet and directly in the countryside. The center with restaurants can be reached within 10-15 minutes.
